The motel took money from our credit card 10 days before the booking. No manager answered the door . Crack heads in the parking lot and derelict vehicles. We did not stay.We thankfully found a nice place to stay. The voice mail was full. Expedia tried to contact them. this is at 3 pm in the afternoon!! No one from the motel ever called us. We could not get a refund . The windows were all covered with cardboard etc need I say more?

This hotel was difficult to contact after the booking process. They did not contact me to tell me that my reservation was cancel. Because I kept calling, they say “ thank you that you call because your room is full with bugs and you reservation has been cancelled”. They even did not look if i could possibly be accommodated in other room in that hotel. They just wanted to use my card information to book in another hotel.

When we arrived the front desk said there was an expedia mistake and they only had a room with one bed so they could book us at another motel which would suite my need of two beds. Without many options I took her offer and she booked me somewhere else with her credit card. I paid 113 on my credit card to stay at the coquihalla. Not the 87 they charged her to book me at the Inn Towne. The 26 dollars is a minor hit to my otherwise amazing road trip but others may not want to risk it. I never provided id or credit card at either of these places I should not be charged at all. Did not feel secure at all.

Cleanliness good. Tv and WiFi didn’t work. The rest okay for the price.

There was no coffee in the room. It was very clean and the lady running the motel is very kind.

Staff was very friendly and apologetic. However my reservation was completely dumped and I was stranded and left with no hotel at 10pm.

I got charged twice for the same night. am trying to rectify that through the hotel and Expedia.

This is an older well loved motel in a great location with a very welcoming owner.

The room was set up very cute... Just missing a coffee pot 😁. Colette was AWESOME!!

Very noise and you can hear driving cars and next room’s noises. I got in 6pm and couldn’t sleep until 3am.

Parking was easy, kitchen was great, the floor was sticky. Lastly bed bugs. We hah to sleep in the bathtub.
