Absolutely the best ! Anka is the perfect host. Lovely breakfast , spotless apartment, comfy beds and a sweet gentle way about her.

We had a great stay. There were four us on first floor. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious - always a bit different and homemade each time. Great service by owner. We loved this place!!! Will be back and highly recommend

So wonderful to stay in an entire suite of rooms including a bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Breakfast was served by the host in our kitchen and was absolutely delicious on both mornings. The rooms were comfortable, ceiling fans helped keep things cool, lots of coffee/tea and little chocolates for us to enjoy.

Can’t say enough about how much we loved staying here.

Upstairs suite had plenty of space--bedroom, kitchen, bath, sitting room. Delicious and varied breakfast items served en suite. Friendly, helpful, but unintrusive host. Every convenience provided.

The hostess Anca was wonderful - she lives downstairs and is available to answer any questions. We rented the main suite - 2 bedrooms on the main floor of the house - kitchen - living room with fireplace and TV. Breakfast each day was so good - apple pancakes, scrambled eggs, croissant, fruit and yogurt bowl. Convenient 4 block walk to Queen street which is the main street for shopping and restaurants. Parking is included on the property. Beautiful, quiet and mature neighbourhood. We will stay at this B & B again!

We had a good stay it was a two bed room living , kitchen and bathroom. Host was very nice she served us awesome eggs for breakfast and croissant. We were just down the street from shopping and some good restaurants.

This was an adorable space. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. The owner is wonderful, friendly, and a very good cook! Breakfasts were outstanding. Everything about this stay far exceeded our expectations! We will definitely return! Wonderful!

We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which was wonderful! Lots of room and very nice. Or host was amazing and the breakfast is homemade and fabulous. This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! Would highly, highly recommend!!

This property is perfectly located within walking distance to downtown Niagara on the lake and minutes from several wine trails. We stayed in the main section of this beautiful B&B. It was spacious, vwey well equipped, and had such a sweet vibe. As a plant lover, i especially lovwd to plantws throughout the unit. The daily breakfast was sooooo delicious and fresh. Anka was an amazing host and made sure we never needed anything. Ill definitely be staying here again in the future!!! Thank you for an amazing experience!

I cannot recommend this B&B enough. The location is perfect - an easy walk to everything but in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Our host was friendly, welcoming, informative, kind, generous, and very helpful. The property is sparkling clean and spacious. So many thoughtful additions throughout to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be staying again!

I brought my mum to Niagra on the lake as a special trip and we had a lovely time staying in Anca's bed and breakfast! The place was very clean, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, and only a 10 minute walk from the main strip in the town. Anca made homemade breakfast for us and the peach pancakes were exceptional! We really appreciated that she let us drop our luggage off a noon so we didn't have to worry about it being in the car all day! Thank you :)

We really enjoyed our stay with Anca. Her home was immaculate and we essentially had an apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area. Anca made booking, check in and check out very easy. She was communicative from beginning to end. Anca provided us with a map and helped us identify the locations of places we wanted to visit. The breakfasts were so incredible! They were delicious and everything was super fresh. We would love to stay with Anca again when we visit Niagara on the Lake again.

Anca is a wonderful host. So helpful with restaurant recommendations, local activities and information about the area. Her breakfasts were delicious to say the least. She accommodated my special dietary restrictions with no problem and all of it was so delicious. We stayed in the main 2 bedroom suite. So much space to stretch out. Having a kitchen space is wonderful and Anca has it stocked with tea, coffee and filtered water, it felt like home. It was so much more comfortable than a hotel room. Loved our stay and will come back again!
