Everything was perfect. Easy check in very comfortable. Highly recommend it. We are going back for 😃 sure.

The room with 2 double beds had 2 separate rooms for each bed which was unexpected but good for us. Did not use cooking facilities but they looked good. Comfortable beds. Parking outside door. Walked to Port Alberni Brewing Company for supper.

The Riverside is a wonderful place to stay. The room was very clean and had a real cabin feel to it, very friendly and accommodating staff as well.

The room was spotless! The bathroom was well stocked and even had a rubber ducky which was a very nice touch. It had a very well stocked kitchenette, and 2 queen size beds for a very reasonable price. The best part: it was dog friendly! I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to everyone I know

The staff is always very kind and accommodating. The rooms are always spotless. The motel gives a feeling of being at home.

Better than expected. The room was clean. The staff were all friendly and quick to answer any questions we may have had. Parking is a little tight. We will stay here again and let our friends know...

The motel was close to local amenities, restaurants, etc. The motel self catering facilities were excellent with plenty of crockery, utensils, etc, and easy parking.

One of our favorite places to stay in Port Alberni, always clean and neat, staff are great!

The room was very nice with everything we needed. It’s a quick walk to the path that runs alongside the river & had multiple restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely return!

Close to shops but it was on a busy road which made it loud. Could have used another AC in the living area but it was clean and staff was friendly. We would definitely come back again.

This was a great place to stay for a family of two young adult children and a dog. It was big enough to have some space of your own. The kitchen was big and well-stocked. It was nice cooking your own meals for a change when travelling around. The staff was super friendly and helpful!
