Late check-in went without any hiccups. Bed and pillows were perfect as was breakfast accompanied by background music.

Accommodating staff.

Our room didn’t have a curtain or blind on our bathroom window. You could see into our whole room. Musty smell. No AC, hot all night. Nozzle on shower head was small, almost a mist coming out.

This property was listed as a B&B…..breakfast was not what we expected…..hoping for some sort of eggs. We also felt it was way overpriced for what we received and no AC. The staff however were super!

Character and location was nice. No daily maid service.

Bed was uncomfortable. Old units and plumbing is an issue.

Our overnight stay was great! Beds were super comfy after a long day of travel. Thank you.

On arrival we were told there was no breakfast as it was too early in the season. I had to ask for a kettle, which did not prove a problem, and was offered cups. In my opinion, they should have been in the room already, along with coffee, tea etc if breakfast wasn't being included with no price reduction. The wi fi worked if I sat outside the building, but was very poor inside and would keep cutting out. The shower was good!!

Very close to the ferry from Bar Harbor, clean rooms, safe, limited amenities no dining. Clean and Good value for price

Room heating unit not operating correctly. TV tuning was too complicated. Initial assigned room was odd shaped and very tight. Location OK but starting to look run down.

I don’t like to give negative reviews. Suffice it to say that this property is in need of major updating. The one good thing is that it is close to the ferry terminal.

Ashley was the receptionist and she was very helpful. I wish the outside lights could be turned off by the room occupant and not on a timer.

It was close to the waterfront and restaurants.

Hotel room was musty and cramped. Felt like we were an inconvenience to staff.
