Fantastic location! Gorgeous scenery down the lake. From the moment we opened the door, we were assaulted by an unpleasant, strong smell. The towels and bedding were dark colours which really didn't make us feel too comfortable. The curtain rod was held together with duct tape. There were many wires just hanging loosely and certainly not safe for small children. In general, okay for an overnight stay but definitely not for a few days. At $188 it was definitely overpriced for what you get. We were very disappointed.

I won't hide the fact that it's a motel, and that the rooms aren't exactly up-to-date, but the owner is so nice, the egg mcmuffin is delicious, and the view is worth the detour!!!

Lobby is like walking into a closet. We stayed in Room #8. It smelled clean but door lock was broken. Had to put a chair under the handle for security. Tiles were cracked in the bathroom. I would not recommend to anyone. Not worth $160.00. I can’t believe the review average was 9.0/10.

Room was fairly clean, bathroom tiles were broken and dirty. Baseboard heater panels were falling off but most concerning was only having a locking door handle - no deadbolt and the chain lock was broken off.

Check-in and out was speedy. Host was very friendly! Room was large and clean

A good find, pet friendly and great location.

Parking was very easy,,I did not have the breakfast,,and personally I think it starts to late 08:00 to 09:30 unless you are on vacation and have no schedule.

I have stayed about five times in the past year and I’m happy with the motel,,stafff are great and the rooms are fine,, I stayed in room 3 my last visit and could hear a conversation in room 2 as well as snoring??,,the breakfast starts at08:00 to 09:30 so I can’t comment on it as my day starts well before that.

Amazing country very beautiful

Room could definitely use some updates. Have stayed at this property many times. Some rooms are better than others. Prices keep going up and soon they will price themselves out of the market.

Terrible TV ,only 1 lamp,tub-shower, coffee maker didn,t work. .Anything but 9.0 and wonderful as advertised by Expedia.

It’s everything I was looking for. The beds are a bit old but aside from that very the motel is very clean and the check-in was easy, friendly and smooth.
