Property is very old. Slanted floors. Tub area in poor condition. Close to road. Electrical concern, many things plugged into power bars. On the other hand, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Its a ok place to stay one night. I wouldn't stay a week. It had a window A/C unit in the wall. It didn't cool the room very well and it was loud and smelly. The shower had very hood water presdure and the water is hot. No fan in the bathroom, but it had a window. Shaw satellite for the TV. Best part about this place is that McDonalds is right next door.

Reasonably clean, enjoyed the tv, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Comfortable stay.

Usually has a unit available on short notice at a good price. Units are very clean. Motel very close to highway and it is busy until +/- 7pm. This is only drawback. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

It was an overnight stay for a medical procedure. It was fairly quiet and the owner was pleasant and helpful. Id stay here again. Also it is close to the West Nippising Hospital.

The property is exactly as advertised. A place to sleep, fairly clean, in a decent location, between Sault st Mariey and Ottawa. Ottawa. Was priced well. No. Just a place to sleep and shower and get on the road again. Just as expected

Had problems with bathroom and was immediately offered other accommodations without even asking.

I was quite impressed with Lincoln Motel. It has obviously been renovated, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the walls are rather thin. My neighbours kept jumping on the bed (wink, wink).
