Did not use hot tub. Nor AC. Had a lovely hot bath. That was excellent.

okay so the overall the room was really dated, the bed did not have a proper box spring, but it was wasn't a terrible sleep. The room had 2 beds and my partner told me the smaller bed was more comfortable. We realized the TV also didn't work, called the front office and asked for help, tried their troubleshooting steps and then crickets. The check-in process was quick and check out was even easier and the hold on my card was removed without issue. I would go back because the tub was actually clean, it's for sure dated but the tub is for sure been cleaned, jets as well. The vending machines are cheap and don't have name brand drinks but there are lots of things nearby so that's the added bonus. Also bring cash and change since the vending machines don't accept credit cards.

Our room was comfortable. I did find it strange that there was no coffee maker in the room (although the lobby did have free coffee but my husband said it was cold and he got the last of it when he went down). I was disappointed to see an extra 30 dollar charge for our room (even after we booked the family room with three queen beds that accommodated six people) for a third adult. Our daughter just turned 18, and I feel that with the room already being more expensive (due to the three beds) that should not have been an additional cost we needed to pay. I feel like we were penalized for our honesty. It was quiet and we did all sleep well. We didn’t want to have to get separate rooms (as we also had younger kids with us-in total five of us) but I do think we could have booked a much nicer hotel (with breakfast or other amenities like a pool) for what we ended up paying.

Very sketchy place

First off the suite doesn't look anything like in the picture there was no jacuzzi like setup or anything so didn't meet expectations in that regard. But to start off just entering from the parking lot directly into the room since it's wintertime it's not really impressive when the parking lot doesn't seem properly plowed or plowed at all, so every time we'd enter the room we'd get bunch of snow on our shoes and have to extensively clear it off so it won't make a mess in the room. The room had outdated furniture and there were a few broken things around the room, of course no breakfast was offered and the service counter wasn't available at all times when needed I had to chase them down on the last day when trying to check out since no one was around so I can hand them back the key and I was in a rush to the airport. Also not to mention that they still use regular keys to enter and exit the room instead of most modern hotels where fobs are used. Overall think the price was not worth it for what you get with this place, I'd kindah describe as a bit of dump, unless you're really on tight budget and have no other option don't go for this place.

The room setup was contemporary beautiful. Coffee and tea are well sufficient. However, the main heater is not working but small portable provided was sufficient enough to heat up the entire room. No staff present because the setup is base on virtual reality.

Staff bad, room bad, vibe bad. Didn't even stay. Left in less than an hour of being in the room.

The room was spacious and clean. The property had good parking space and they made sure to clean the room daily.

The room is totally great for us, however, thats really disappointed for hearing that the parking lots are not enough for us so we have to park outside as $34 a day, and we just know that when we asked
