Everything was amazing! Only problem were the sockets in the wall, which were narrow and regular devices like a laptop charger or a hairdryer couldn’t be inserted. Other than that, especially for the price point, there are no complaints!

Checking in was seamlessly done by myself without any contact with the hotel staff, however, I later needed help with purchasing from the vending machine but no staff was around to assist. Overall, it was a great experience and I liked this place.

Good apart from you can hear person next door. Luckily they stopped their phone conversation a little after 23:00

No refrigerator in room. No cloths for washing during bathing. No onsite assistance.

Was not a fan of the unattended check-in. There are no employees available at the check-in lobby and it is all done on a self-serve kiosk that eventually dispenses your room keys. The room was great, and the breakfast even better! Wide variety of choices to eat, and the self-serve espresso machine was appreciated.

This is quite decent hotel in a quiet yet secluded area of a small town. The food, ambiance and service in the adjacent restaurant were great. The fully digital check in worked very well. However, in case of any complications, there is no WiFi connection available in the lobby. For anyone using a non European smartphone via WiFi (to avoid expensive Swiss data roaming), there is no way to get in touch with a local support if any urgent issues arise with the check in. Our more concerning experience is around safety/security (or lack of). During our dinner at the hotel restaurant, we were bullied by two (possibly intoxicated) men who scared us and brought our children to tears. We felt unprotected in this zero staff hotel. The restaurant was practically empty, the only other person there was the waitress. What is one to do in the case of danger? Not a family oriented/friendly place.

Great place for the purpose of our stay. We just needed a place to sleep to attend the Bregenz festival and this was perfect for that purpose

Park-like setting in a lovely suburb of St. Gallen just across the Rhein from Austria. Hosts were gracious and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Comfy beds. Nespresso in the kitchenette. Floor to ceiling glass walls face out to tall trees and the adjacent parkland. Couldn’t have had a more perfect stay before driving to Zurich on our last leg of a two-week road trip through the alpine region of Switzerland.

I liked the serenity of the hotel. The breakfast was below average. All the female staff were polite except for a male staff at the dinning area that was rude and not helpful. Other than that, the hotel is good for a short stay.

Excellent hotel, wonderful shape. Beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. If you are in this area a need a reliable spot, I would strongly recommend It.

The only downside for me was the location given I was on foot. It's further from restaurants than I would have liked, made worse by the rain! However, I will stay there again.

Nice new clean. Like all Swiss hotels ac doesn’t work- but could be that it’s off season. I’d stay again.

Clean, comfortable hotel with a great, friendly staff away from crowds of tourists. It's in an industrial area but once there you don't notice it. Great places to eat within walking distance. Also within a short drive of many touristy areas.
