Room was clean and well kept. Washroom lots of space and very clean. Lots of room for luggage and clothing. Beds and pillows were comfy and tidy. Didn’t appreciate that the wifi didn’t work at all. Wouldn’t connect to the phone any way I could try. When I finally was able to connect was kicked off right away. One other thing was the AC. It was ice cold which was amazing. But to open the vent to let the ac come into the room I was dust and debris.

Our stay was great. Besides the wifi being slow and hard to connect to everything else was awesome.

Great set up for parents and young kids in the family suite. Only downside was no air conditioning in the little bedroom, but they did put a fan in it. Great shower and water temperature. Internet was a bit hit or miss.

Nice lake view. However, Wi-Fi was very spotty in our room, which was annoying since we didn’t have cell service either. Housekeeping was spotty too. I fully support that there’s no need to change sheets and towels every day, but at least one day housekeeping didn’t show up at all. When you’re paying a lot of money during high season, the expectations are higher.

Great location for our family of 5. The extra bedroom with a queen sized bed was an added bonus. Main room had a good sized under cabinet fridge, and lots of storage space. There is no kettle or toaster so pack your own if needing to make your own breakfasts. Walk everywhere in town, short hikes and to the beaches close by. Parking on site.

Great staff

The stay at the Bayshore was lovely, the staff at the front desk, the restaurants, and the spa were very helpful, very polite and easy to deal with. The room was fine. The only issue I had was that the air conditioner fan was very loud and rattled to the point where I could not sleep with it on and it was very hot.

We loved that it is so close to the lake and the town center, so easy accessibility. We do have a suggestion though, since it is so expensive. The hotel should be offering either a free breakfast or at least a higher discount for the Lakeside Chophouse. 10% is not enough. And it is an extremely expensive hotel. Yes it was worth it for only a few days. But you should be giving at least a higher discount and for more than one breakfast.

Wi-Fi was spotty . Lost connections various times. Everything else was impeccable!

I don't normally leave a bad review but we had a terrible experience here. Ian (the manager) was nothing short of rude and arrogant. From the second I arrived he made me feel unwelcome. The room view was nothing like the pictures showed and we had to carry the coffee pot to the bathroom to plug it in as there was no other plug in available. Don't waste your money or time here. Hope this saves someone else a bad experience and huge expense.

Great staff and check in/out. Location is excellent, convenient to everything in this small village. Had a lakeside room, but there is a line of trees that blocks most of the lake and mountain views from the room and balcony. Room and bathroom were very clean, and seem to have been recently updated. We did have a problem with the wall mounted sir conditioner, which stopped working during a warm afternoon. The office had it working again quickly, but it stopped several more times before it was finally fixed for the night. Overall a very good property, and would stay again.
