The hotel , the room & the staff were fine. I wasn't very impressed having to pay $50 to check-in early. I had advised them a week before that we were attending a celebration of life that started at noon so they had plenty of time to have the room cleaned first. we were very close to the lobby so it was quite noisy and the ceilings are paper thin so don't stay on the ground floor.

The room was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was excellent. Unfortunately the property was run down and the restaurant was closed indefinitely. The price was what got us there but we won’t be back.

The property's check-in time was 4pm, unlike the time shown on Expedia. Apart from that, no other complaints.

Room was basic, but comfortable. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Was a little frustrated being told to sit and wait for over 10 minutes at check-in, but understand staffing is likely a challenge.

Room clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned in ages. Build up of old dust on some things, tops of shampoo and conditioner in shower had old gunk on them. Face towel looked like someone recently wiped their hand on it. Pool and hot tub seriously need a paint job though I’m sure it was lovely back in the day and I enjoyed it being semi outdoors with the fresh air. The bed was surprisingly comfortable

Room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Pool could use a fresh coat of paint, but was heated, which is fantastic in the cold weather! Staff were super friendly! We were on the first floor, so no view, but happy with our choice regardless!
