it has a little unusual set up. to access your room, you must go through the bar and restaurant. check in was good. we were in quebec and don't speak french. they were able to speak english to us which helped a lot.

The hotel itself is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The food is excellent—I especially recommend the burger made with local beef, it’s outstanding. However, one big issue is the way it’s listed on Expedia. It shows up as a hotel in Rouyn-Noranda, but in reality, it’s located in Amos, which is about an hour’s drive away. I searched specifically for hotels in Rouyn-Noranda, and this property came up even though it’s nowhere near the town. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but travelers should be aware of the location misrepresentation before booking.

This is an older establishment and as such challenged by age. However the staff - dining room and free breakfast were tops.

The famous no protein breakfast. However the waffle machine is a nice addition. Room is small and a bit smelly and just under the bar / restaurant so you can hear customers walking. Not much choice of hotel nearby here, not sure if it's better elsewhere. The price is definitely too high for the value. The receptionist seems to be in an advanced level of depression, seems very difficult to give us back a smile

I wouldn’t recommend the bed extremely uncomfortable and noisy Bad smell was coming out of the pillows and had dirty towels behind the doors in the bathroom
