Nice stopping place for an overnight, with helpful and friendly owners. Smaller room but updated nicely and well equipped. There is a fair bit of noise transfer from the adjoining rooms but nothing that upset us, I expect coming from being an older building. Would stay again if we are coming through the area again.

Rooms are clearly recently renovated and clean. The rooms would benefit from a retrofit to install dimmer switches on the overhead lighting as they were overpowering. Also bring a roll of your own toilet paper until the owner decides to not cut costs in this way.

Originally made reservations for 2 rooms, but upon late evening check in was told l only had 1 room. I said we would make it work. Was able later to show my confirmation for 2 rooms but still said we would make the single room work out. Found they charged for 2nd room even tho wedidnt use and it was their mistake upon check-in.

It was so nice and clean. Beds and pillows were so comfortable!

Came by snowmobile and parked outside the room.About a 1km ride on a side street but wasn't bad. Owner was awesome and drove us to the liquor store,then offered to drive us to and from dinner,as we are a little out of town.We ordered pizza in and it was great. I would go back without hesitation.

Clean,quiet convenient

Room was small but good value. Everything was updated bed was very comfortable. Room had an old beat up chair but it was super comfortable Would definably stay again.

decent price for a nice room. You are right on the Trans Canada hwy so don't be surprised by trucks running all night. Actually found it relaxing in a way. Deep River is a picturesque town on the Ottawa river and hub of the story of nuclear power in Canada. The outdoor and recreational opportunities are many are varied. Sam's food truck, located at the motel, has some great eats at a reasonable price. My wife really enjoyed the fish and chips calling the batter light and tasy. The gravy on the poutine with real curd was very tasty and protions were nice size. Also checked out Godfather's Pizza and definitely very good pizza!

The owners were great and very accommodating. Would stay there again. The only thing the washroom is small but vary clean.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Would recommend to the hotel staff to have filtered curtains. The only choice was to have blackout blinds closed, or to have no privacy. Curtains would allow for light to come in but to have privacy as well. The traffic from the highway was also very loud so headsup for any light sleepers.
