Great location. Loved the back yard and scenic view of the vineyards.

Edita is a very attentive host and is very detail oriented. She contacted us the day we were to check in with the details needed to check in and a breakfast menu with lots of options available to choose from. Property is quiet, relaxing, clean, a short drive to Town of Niagara on the lake and we love staying here every time!!!! Edita is a very welcoming lovely just, no wonder she has so many frequent returning guests!!

We loved our stay at Vineyard Villa. We were in the walnut room- with amazing windows, comfy bed, and a place to sit and relax. The breakfast was yummy and the host gave us many fantastic recommendations. The location was perfect- right beside the heritage trail- for walking, biking, running or driving to the river, old town, or surrounding vineyards. We can’t recommend this BnB enough :)

It was close to town for one and it was nice having a hot breakfast in the morning. Very relaxing location.

Our stay at Vineyard Villa exceeded our expectation. The location was perfect and peaceful - right in the middle of two beautiful wineries and not far from the city center. But what was most amazing was the hospitality of our host and owner of the property - Enith (not sure of the spelling). She is one of the most warm and hospitable host that I have met on my many travels. I look forward to our return visit.

Had a lovely overnight at Vineyard Villa bed & breakfast! The setting and atmosphere of the place was fantastic. Comfortable and clean. Hosts were onsite and took care of every detail to make our stay memorable. Would definitely return.

Our stay at the Vineyard Villa B&B was wonderful. Our hosts provided a unique environment and great service. The location adjacent to vineyards was lovely and relaxing while also being conveniently located very near Old Town Niagara on the Lake.

This BnB, situated in the middle of wine country, has the most varied breakfast menu I’ve yet come across! A variety of fruits and breads was presented with coffee and tea in addition to menu selections that are chosen each day. Edita is friendly, personable and always concerned with your comfort and whether or not you’ve had enough to eat. Safe and secure on nice grounds that are great for relaxing after attending theatre, shopping along the Main Street in Niagara on the Lake or visiting any of the wine tasting venues. Oh! And one level!!! So no pesky stairways to manage!

Check-in process was super easy. Edita was a fantastic host - very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast and nice clean room. Super close to the Main Street and several of the wineries.

I’m a nature lover, so I found Vineyard Villa to be the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors, as it’s surrounded by beautiful vineyards. If you appreciate a quiet and peaceful environment, this place is ideal. The property is also very clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I look forward to returning again.

Located 5 minutes drive from downtown Niagara on the Lake, this is a very quiet b&b. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed, very comfortable. The internet worked. Breakfast was simple and tastey.

The Vineyard Villas B&B was wonderful! It is in such a great location. Close to restaurants & wineries. The hostess was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. Very clean also. Highly recommend.
