The hotel is stunning and perfectly located to make everything in Zarmatt an easy walk. The staff was exceptional and made the stay an epic event! I can’t wait to come back!!!

We had a beautiful terrace that overlooked the shopping and dining areas of the town. Walking distance to train station and the gondola lifts up the mountain. Having a Guinness poured by Mac was wonderful, and we had great conversation.

Restaurant was excellent also…

Everyone and everything was fantastic. Every staff member was not only warm friendly and helpful but also efficient. I would be thrilled if every hotel experience was like one …..oh yes great food too at vevanda and pub!

The hotel itself was amazing — beautifully designed, with a cozy and comfortable room that we really enjoyed. The staff were welcoming and we appreciated the atmosphere. The only downside was that our room was located directly above the bar. Every night during our stay, people were partying until around 4:30–5:00 am, which made it quite loud and unfortunately meant we didn’t sleep very well. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but I would recommend requesting a room away from the bar if you are looking for a quieter experience.

Room was unique like the name of the hotel. Hot tub/spa area was pretty nice. Had some trouble sleeping due to loud partiers at bars downstairs, and the church bell that goes off at 7:00am-ish in the morning. So be wary of that, as there is no air conditioning, and leaving the windows open to cool the room down is noisy.

Absolutely fabulous hotel both in atmosphere and location. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable on the local sites and restaurants. We hope to be able to come back one day.

Fantastic service with the staff we were very happy with the room. Wished we would have brought our swimming suits to take advantage of the sauna and hot tub. The restaurant was good. Would stay here again and we weren’t even here to ski, charming town!

Trendy boutique hotel with great staff. Location is 5 min from the train station and they pick you up in an electric taxi. The staff was lovely. The spa was nice. However the hotel was very noisy at night with people smoking/chatting outside on the street late into the night. The noise carries Into the rooms so pack some earplugs.

We stayed at several different hotels throughout Switzerland and this one was our favorite!!! Cozy, clean, and in the middle of everything. It checks all the boxes for an amazing stay. If you like dancing, the bar/club located at the basement level of this establishment stays open till 4/5am and the bartenders are super friendly. For those worried about the noise level, I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear anything at all. Oh and don’t forget to bring swim shorts/attire to enjoy the spa. Enjoy
