It was lovely we were upgraded from 2 rooms to a 3 bed with bathroom. It was very hot but each room had a fan. The people were so friendly and lovely. The food was lovely with 10% off dinner - fab!! The car had to be parked in the local parking 5 min walk quite cheap. Fine. I definitely recommend. We stayed one night.

This place is consistent with its service for over 30 years. Not modern but super convenient and always ckean

Lovely room but there was no A/C so extremely hot and we were not able to sleep in the night.

terrible,el sitio wed solo en italiano, sin direcion para el parqueadero, la persona en la rezepcion fue super grosera, la habitacion estaba en otro edificio, no en el hotel

Le personnel de l'hôtel à été très accueillant et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment incroyable, vous trouverez votre bonheur avant d'aller visiter la ville. Idéalement placé, au bout de la Piazza Grande et du lac

Das Personal war nicht so gastfreundlich und hat sich uns gegenüber nicht korrekt verhalten.

Ich hatte versucht beim Hotel ein zimmer zu Buchen stattdessen wurden wir in ein nahegelegenes Apartment untergebracht in den Fotos wird 3 Sterne geworben aber davon hatten wir nichts mitbekommen da wir in ein anderes Gebäude gehen mussten. Beim frühstück musste man dann extra noch hinlaufen. Für Gastarbeiter Aufenthalt ist das okay aber für eine 3 köpfige Familie Reinfall

The property is sweet and quaint … something I couldn’t say about the service at breakfast, nor the service in the adjacent restaurant at dinner: They were obviously in a bad mood and made no qualms about it….

Wir wurden ausserhalb vom Hotel einquartiert, viele Haare... Matratze und Kissen fragwürdig, alles alt, sehr laut, Pizza mit Dosenpilzen.... Service super und sehr freundlich. Silvestermenue top.

Unterkunft ist praktisch und zentral für Ausflüge.
