Hotel staff was friendly. Good breakfast every morning. Convenient location to train station and ski resort busses. Comfy room. Storage area for skis.

A very comfortable hotel in the center of Engelberg with kind owners and a terrific sauna. Highly recommended!

The room is big enough to accommodate my family of four and the location is behind the train station. There are two skiing facilities nearby (with free bus ride) and supermarkets are within 10mins walk. Great hospitality by the hotel owners.

Our experience at this hotel was amazing! So clean with amazing staff and an excellent breakfast. The sauna was sooo great to have after an exhausting day. Right near the train station so easy access to transportation and Mts Titlis and Brunni.

Refrigerator didn’t work, shower would not stay in one place.

The break fast is limited specially if you come late. No refilling specially the bacon, egg, ham. No hot dog or sausage serve. It’s like a first come first serve. But over all is brilliant hotel.

Room was very hot even though the heating was not on , making it difficult to sleep.

Was looking for a hotel right in the centre of Engelberg, easy train access and near enough to the Titlis side for skiing; found all of this in the hotel. I would certain stay here again in the future.

Excellent location near the train station. Friendly, efficient, accommodating staff. Very clean and comfortable. I believe we even had the same room as last year. Breakfast is very good. Engelberg is perfect for summer hiking and for relaxation. We will book this hotel again if we are able to come to Switzerland again in 2023.

Bare-bones room but seemingly recently remodeled and THE CLEANEST hotel we've stayed in in years. Great central location within walking distance of everything in the small town. Our room faced the street and it was a bit loud with cars, buses and people going by. (Had to keep the window open because there was no air conditioning.) Good breakfast, friendly staff, large sauna area upstairs.

Nice clean hotel, short walk from train station. Nice breakfast. Sauna open in afternoon only. Bed was very hard; next time I will ask for a softer one.

Very friendly stuff, perfectly explained about the things to do in Engelberg, recommended best snowboard places, also where to go to solve the problems with ski passes... whatever you ask, the ladies in registration could give you an answers... really appreciate their help... Excellent breakfast, nice restaurant... Also very happy that I could check-in a bit earlier and after check-out left the luggage in safe place to enjoy the mountains little bit more. 2 min walk from train station, all buses very close. Room was better then in pictures, very clean and friendly stuff. Enjoyed 4 wonderful days with my nephew in this small family hotel.

Great location, right next to the railway station. Easy check in and out, friendly staff and a very safe town.
