when I searched for a hotel in Zermatt they came up as they are in Zermatt. When we got to Zermatt and call the hotel they told us they are 2 and 1/2 hours away. we got stock in Zermatt in the cold. They were very rude and didnt help us and charged us full amount. worst travel experience ever

Nice hotel in a good location in a charming village with amazing views.

Great location to ski lifts and staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast was included. Spa was nice as well. Loved the balcony view of mountains.

Very close to station and decorated outside with flowers, this hotel is amazingly beautiful. Extremely friendly staff who go above and beyond expectations and proud to be owning a historic place. I had a great stay and looking forward to another visit in the near future.

Clean and beautiful boutique hotel with rooms that fit up to 4 people. Excellent location with good restaurant onsite. Friendly staff.

It's a good hotel to stay if you are staying for ski

We had an amazing three night stay over Christmas. Shopping center next door for those quick items you need to pick up. Free bus service for all towns located in the Valley. Local Chapel with spectacular artwork. Ski slopes are 3. Min walk away to the gondola. Mr Benny and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on how to maximize the experience. If you are looking for that post card experience, Hôtel Europe’s views and hospitality live up to expectations. Can't wait to go back.

Great hotel, good breakfast and the new wellness centre is fantastic! Very close to lifts too, hope to stay there again!

Great little hotel with lovely staff. Easy access to the ski lift, and coming back from the slopes, you ski into the back of the hotel, with a magic carpet taking you to the door of the ski-room.

Lovely traditional hotel, great staff, good breakfast and dinner. All you need and only a short walk from the main cable car. Parking 5 min away

Spa and whirlpool close at 6pm! Rooms are very basic but clean. Too much for what it is.

We had a great stay and were made to feel very welcome. Charming friendly staff who went the extra mile for us. Comfortable, Classic and clean. Would highly recommend and how to return. Very good buffet breakfast and restaurant meals were excellent and beautifully presented.

Preis - Leistung ist ok, Restaurant gut und Service ebenso. Buchungsslots für SPA zu kurz ( 45 min) , nicht jeden Tag verfügbar und von einigen Gästen nicht eingehalten, so dass zu wenig Ruhebanke da sind / waren. Vor uns / Parallel zu uns waren dieselben Gäste da. Frühstück ok, aber wenig abwechslungsreich.

Preis-Leistung stimmt für mich nicht: Frühstück: keine Brötchen, kein Schinken, kein Trockenfleisch nur billiger Aufschnitt, paar Scheiben schwitzender Modelkäse. Tepich in beiden Zimmer schmutzig, alt. Anmeldung für Spa ist sinnvoll jedoch 4 Personen angemeldet, 3 kleine Flaschen Wasser standen bereit, Anschriften nur in Franz, Keine Dusche mit Seife im SPA, nur Toilette.??? Personal ist aber sehr freundlicht. Würde wieder kommen aber nicht zu diesem Preis!
