Didn’t like self-check-in. Typing personal info on a kiosk outside on a sidewalk is not safe. Parking was “iffy” -if you could find a park place. Room was very clean & having a an actual wash cloth with the towels was great! Missed not having a small refrigerator in room

The room was just perfect, hotel not far from train station , the attached cafe was the best with the most fabulous workers plus the ladies that worked in the hotel for checking in were amazing

Excellent facilities. Room was perfect Only complaint: the check-in is processed at a machine and the machine didn’t provide the room number. Thank you to the cleaning lady who gave us the number

An ok stay but we didnt see any staff during our stay as the reception has very limited hours (we stayed Friday-Sunday) so it felt quite anonymous. Other guests were clearly smoking in the communal areas as there was an unpleasantly strong smell of smoke in the corridor outside our room.

Not many options in the area. Flooring is just stuck on and slippery! Had to ask them to make it safer to walk on w/ quick reclean. No AC, loud construction out of window. The plus is that they have a cute bar/snack room downstairs.

Modern, clean, friendly… easy walking to train and all local shops etc. would recommend without hesiatation

Excellent Service and Staff. The room was as expected. Free parking on front of the Hotel. The breakfast is great.

Der Check in war mühsam .. nur ein Online-Terminal und die Buchung war nicht zu finden .. ohne Internet unmöglich .. die Buchungsnummer steht auf keinem Dokument .. Check in steht im Internet auf 14 Uhr .. laut Personal ist sie erst 15 Uhr ..

The checkin kasten ist für normalgrosse Menschen zu tief angebracht. Zimmer für Rollstuhlgäste sind brutal unpraktisch für Normalos

Der Self Check Automat draussen ist ein absolutes no Go. Da die Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt waren hat der Touchscrean kaum reagiert. Wir standen 20 Minuten bei eisiger Kälte vor dem Automaten bis es endlich klappte!!

Very happy with the visit. Was just on a travel through switzerland and the parking and the speedy automatic (machine based) checkin made everything smooth. The standard was great.

Auch wenn kein Personal vor Ort war, hat alles gut geklappt.

Bonjour difficile évaluer le personnel car je n’ai personne vue j’ai pris la clé dans une boîte . Mais la chambre était propre avec du bon matériel

Ich habe mit meiner Frau 5 Tage im Hotel Rubus gewohnt. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, lediglich der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken hat nur ganz schwer funktioniert, was ich an der Rezeption reklamiert habe. Leider konnte der Schaden während meines Aufenthalts nicht repariert werden.Ansonsten war alles o.K., und ich werde auch gerne wiederkommen.
