Stupid outside checking in panel with no weather protection, you have to input all your details again that were on the original booking before it will dispense a key, then it tried to charge me 200 MORE for a 2 night stay, than I had on my reservation. By chance a staff member as there and resolved it by producng the agreed contract. No idea why the login system did not have the same price. Room was very hot, no aircon, cramped with three beds stuffed in one room. When I complained to staff the reaction was argument first then "take it or leave it" attitude.

The hotel is clean and nice. You would get disturbed at night because of the tramway passing nearby.

Hotel very close to the city center (8minutes on foot or so!) Downside is that there is a tram driving in front of the hotel, which makes the full room shake a bit. Earplugs are provided, and it wasn't that bothersome for me. But if you wake up easily, it can be tough to catch some sleep. Breakfast was pretty basic, but good. Croissants were delicious.

It’s close to the city, hotel stuff was very kind and it was easy for the check in and out.

Really friendly staff and room was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was lovely and the stay was really relaxing. Would definitely book again.

Lovely clean hotel. Cold drinks and tea /coffee available behind reception. If you want a quiet stay during the day this isn't the place to stay because of a tram line right outside and a main road. But at night it's quiet. Room has no aircon so in the summer it can feel stuffy and hot. We really enjoyed our short stay and we have booked to stay again already.

Didn't stay. But the room was still charged... The room was hot, impossible to open the window as the road is so nearby. In summer, unless you get a room facing the parking, which is probably quiet, you should go somewhere else.

stayed here for 3 nights on business travel, and have to say that the price quality ratio is very good..... rooms are super clean, and organised, good breakfast with nice regional cheeses, and friendly staff that are very helpful ....very satisfied with the service and the room
