Beautiful setting, kind and helpful staff. Very clean. Walk or bus (free with hotel tourist card). Park right out from in the lake.

We felt that the hotel was honey and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely view and we enjoyed the breakfast and available bar.

Location is nice - quiet across from park . It’s a 20-25 minute walk from the train station . Beautiful walk either way by lake . Very friendly staff - helpful . Room and bathroom somewhat spartan . Shower very small . Breakfast - quite good but not exceptional .

The staff at the hotel made the stay extra special. Breakfast was delicious each day and the property is perfectly located in Lucern

We loved this hotel. A hidden gem. Small room but we didn’t spend much time there anyway. The staff was above and beyond on every level. The location was perfect for enjoying Lucern. Truly loved our stay a this beautiful property.

Beautiful older hotel within walking distance to a lot of sites in the area. Staff was so warm and friendly. Had a pleasant stay. Parking off site was about 28 USD a night if you rent a car for your trip but that was the only negative.

This property reminds me of the old fashioned pensions except that every room has a bathroom attached. II is not luxurious but down-to-earth with basic rooms and principal areas ( and with interesting art and often quirky decor choices) The rooms facing the street overlook a park and then the lake with mountains in the background.This alone is worth the 10 minute stroll into the centre of town. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Very charming hotel and room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a little cramped. The bathroom door would not shut tight. The hallway, stairs and room floor creeped pretty bad. We are early risers and I couldn’t walk quietly, no matter how hard I tried.

I had a lovely short 1 night stay at Hotel Beau Sejour. I enjoyed my room and it was the perfect stay for a solo traveller with Lake Lucerne a mere steps away from the front door. I especially loved the bathroom amenities and the thoughtful small touches like free Swiss chocolate biscuits in the room.

Phenomenal place for the best view of lake and all that Lucerne has to offer ! Quick walk to train station ( or hop on the bus ) and ferry . Excellent restaurants and shopping . Best part is the view from hotel lobby area . Staff was very friendly and helped us to get guest pass and all information about area to enjoy . Highly recommend
