Lack of support from the staff. Being guests of the hotel we were more ignored than lunch goers. We won’t come back

Phenomenal location and first class property in every respect. Elegant dining and everything was well prepared and presented. Comfortable and spacious room with all amenities. Time didn’t allow us to sample the spa offerings but I’ve no doubt they’re remarkable as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at LCdF in this hotel. Really enjoy the sauna, relaxation room, pool and spa. Everything out of this world!

There are no alternative 4-star hotels in this town with equivalent facilities of spa and restaurant and outdoor grill haus. Hence the "monopoly". Alas, for a 4-star hotel, it has no cool air conditioning. There is a thermostat on the wall set to 20°C minimum AND maximum temperatures. That sounds wonderful, except nothing happens as there is no cool air outlet and the room temperature showed 26°C, which matched the weather report. That is the "hot" part of this review. You can open the patio door for outside air to circulate but it's also at 26°C. Also, flies and other insects can get in to dive at you. It is Switzerland after all, and the cows are in the next field, fully equipped with flies. I've stayed here both in Winter and late Summer. Temperature control is much better in Winter.

Excellent restaurant, modern rooms with minimalist design. Bar area lacks atmosphere. Currently undergoing a major development to add a health spa, so construction work kicks off at 8.30 each morning. A few km from the town so best to have some transport with you.

Just terrific. Clean, good breakfast, excellent service, front rooms have views of the city and meadows across the valley of a few watchmakers

Good family run hotel, good restaurant, pleasant location out of town in farmland and woodland surroundings.

OK hotel, expensive, but it is Switzerland!

The hotel was a little hard to find, up a narrow road above the town, but worth the effort. Very helpful receptionist and nice room. Managed to get by speaking English but French would make it easier. Good Wi-Fi.

Very quiet hotel, staff is very friendly and highly competent. they have a spa and a restaurant on a high level. the entire hotel is quite big and if it was to me, it could use a bit of a refurbishment. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy but could use a brush up. No big thing though as I slept very vell. Breakfast is very nice, would deffo stay there again.

Ingen AC på rummet men jag sov med öppen balkongdörr och det var lagomvarmt 03 på natten. I övrigt ett fantastiskt hotell med fin restaurang med riktigt god mat.

La chambre ressemble que partiellement aux photos et la salle de bain est vraiment pas belle avec encore une baignoire. Beaucoup trop chère. On aurait dû aller sur Neuchâtel même. Dommage.

Super SPA

Dans l’ensemble tout c’est très bien passer, le personnel tres sympathique, le fitness et le wellness top. Par contre le déjeuner étais compris dedans mais il étais vraiment petit et si on voulais des choses en plus tout étais en supplément donc un peu dommage et l’emplacement de l’hôtel en hiver et un peu compliquer si on as pas une bonne voiture. Mais sinon c’est vraiment un chouette hôtel avec des paysages juste magnifiques.

Soiree au spa et repas excellent au resto de l'hotel. Chambre zres agreable et propre. Situation tres calme. Bref sejour repos au top
