Everything was more than perfect - this is a one of a kind hotel which combines a historic building with modern amenities. Both the decor and the staff create an incredibly comfortable and cosy atmosphere - I have not stayed at such a special hotel for a long time

Room size was quite nice for 4 people, breakfast was fantastic. Located in a nice quiet area but still walkable to all of Davos.

Excellent hotel close to the bus route. Large selection of food choices for breakfast. Dinners are by reservation and also excellent at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable. We had a balcony, which I recommend as very nice to sit out outside.

We loved the apt that we stayed in at Hotel Edelweiss. It had 2 bedrooms with beds, a loft with a bed and a very comfortable couch which can also sleep one person. The kitchen was well appointed. The table and living room area was gorgeous with incredible views. We were so exhausted from our trip that we got pizza and wine and ate in. We’ll be back!!

Gorgeous hotel with spacious rooms, a delightful dining room, and an incredible sauna/spa area. Not to mention the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from every side of the property.

Nicely located and friendly staff.

This was my second stay at Hotel Edelweiss during business in Chur. There are dozens of great hotels in Chur too, but I gladly make the 1-hour drive through the mountains for the amazing views and the 3-course dinner! The hotel is a great value for your money, especially considering dinner, a complementary local public transport pass, and the beautiful landscape. The town center is just a few minutes away by foot, where there are numerous restaurants and stores. Pros: - Very friendly staff - Great views and location (close to mountains, lake) - Amazing 3-course dinner available (included with some bookings) - Large sauna with view onto landscape - Complimentary public transit pass during stay - Free parking (but spaces are limited) - Lake (roughly 4km perimeter) Cons: - Lack of variety at breakfast (no vegetables or warm foods) - Small TVs in rooms (holding my phone at arm's length in bed makes a larger display) - WiFi signal can be weak depending on room location

Great value for money in davos

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The sauna was lovely. The room wasn’t quite sound proof and we could hear an alarm going off at 4:30am! The restaurant in the evening gets booked up quickly, so you need to get in early with a reservation. The breakfast was a typical continental, lots of fruit on offer, nicely healthy. Location is good for hiking and close to shops.

The hotel did a good job at attending to me. The space was clean and well run. Perfect for business trips.

Timm was exceptional at welcoming us, giving us passes for trams and other amenities in Davos, and just a warmth of welcome overall. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We arrived before normal check-in hours and were accommodated immediately. We would highly recommend this property!

The staff at the Hotel Edelweiss is great! From check in where the clerk actually walked me around the lower level of the hotel to find the street side entrance for our luggage to their helping with a number of things about town. This is primarily a wintertime hotel with skiing built into the design but a great summer stay as well.

Very friendly staff, excellent customer service, felt welcome from when we walked through the door. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast excellent.

Really nice big room. Clean and modern bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional. Very good location, close to the conference centre.

Would definitely stay again, great location and views if you get a balcony room

There was no mention of basement rooms being cheaper than above ones with a view, I have stayed twice but was told these rooms next to the laundry and bike storage were cheaper, strange!
