The view of the lake from our room is a plus. Hotel is 10 minutes drive from the Christmas Market. Staff are friendly.

One of the best hotels in our Switzerland trip!! Very clean, very quiet and all amenities were top notch. The restaurant accross the street was wonderful, and the hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station and chateau chilon. Super awesome stay!

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side

Nice little hotel that's not fancy but is at a good location with a great sunset view. Restaurant opposite is good and opens late. Parking is convenient, just roadside. has lifts.

The hotel is old but exceptionally clean and neat. Staff go out of their way to accommodate you and Maggy at reception gave us so much information about the surrounding area and the Jazz festival. Very well located to get in and out of Montreux.

I was ask to pay during the check out which i was not expecting since i had already paid while booking the hotel via hotel.com. The receptionist explained that my online pymt was a hold/deposit only and since i had to pay in CHF, the total ended up being more expensive due to the exchange rate. Otherwise the service was fine. Good breakfast with cold cuts, cheese, coissant/pain au chocolat, bread, yogurt, fois gras and boiled eggs. I love the wide variety of options available on the coffee machine from expresso to capuccino. The shower/toilet room was quite spacious and had very good pressure for the shower head. The room was ok but since it was refitted for 3 twin beds, one of the headbord light switch was right in the middle of one of the bed which was not ideal. We also had a balcony facing the lake but had to keep the windowand door closed at night since it is very noisy unlit very late dure to the road and restaurant in front of the hotel.

Nice option for Villeneuve. Couple of meters away from the lake. Comfy beds.

Eva, the hotel manager, is exceptional. After an unfortunate cycling accident she took time.to call me in the hospital to check on my health, and even offered to come and collect me and my bike. Hotel is clean and fuctional with a wide selection of food options at breakfast.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel. It was in a nice Port side location but the area around it was less than desirable. Had to carry our backpacks at night through a very scary neighborhood. Better choice would be away from port. It was also run down, in much need of repair. Large room for 4 people and HUGE bathroom, but I was worried about risk of bed bugs 😩.

Good location and great view of lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent buffet style breakfast. Large and airy family room. Access to our balcony was tricky due to a broken shutter. All in all a good hotel.

The hotel was very friendly with good staff. The room had everything a guest needed and was comfortable to be in. Excellent view of the lake. If I had one minor critiscism it was that the room was too hot for me but there was an electric fan, which cooled the temperature. An alternative was to open the window which was double glazed to keep out the noise of the traffic.

We chose this hotel for a one-night stay within reasonable driving distance of Geneva airport. For this purpose it was a satisfactory choice, although there is no on-site parking, but an adjacent public car park which is free overnight. The en-suite facilities were compact. We had a pleasant evening meal in the restaurant (owned by the hotel)which is across the road from the hotel: a substantial menu, available in English, with good portions.

Well positioned hotel, room clean basic but comfortable. Breakfast good, staff pleasant and helpful. Restaurant attached to hotel is good - not many other places to eat nearby. Lovely walk along the lakeside path to chateau Chillon and Montreux.

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. We had breakfast included and they had a nice continental breakfast. The hotel had a great view of the lake, but there was some noise from the restaurant/bar especially later in the evening. We walked up to Chateau Chillon on a path along the lake. Overall a very good choice.

Only stayed one night, but great location and priced OK for what you get in Switzerland

A one night stay to visit the Montreux festival...ideal as the free bus 201 leaves from the front of the railway station, just around the corner. The hotel is well located and although our room did not face the lake it was comfortable, if simple. The restaurant belonging to the hotel is on a pontoon opposite, but the food was distinctly average and overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was served in the main building and was adequate.
