We spent 2 days in Bienenberg Hotel. On arrival, we were asked whether we would be willing to take breakfast late, as that would allow personnel to come to work later. After recovering from that surprise, we had dinner in the restaurant. When we mentioned that the whipped cream in our desert was tasteless, the waitress replied that "In Switzerland, whipped cream has no taste". When we complained that there was a heavy deposit in the bottom of our glass of wine, we were told that that is normal. And finally, in the evening, when we came back from a walk and asked the person, standing at the bar, if we could have a drink, he replied, that his working hours were over and that anyhow, it was not his job to serve clients, after which he walked away, leaving us standing there, thirsty. All in all, a nice hotel in a nice location. But personnel is way below any standard.

Very enjoyable place to stay, all staff were very helpful, hotel was in a quiet location and all clean and tidy.

business travel so this was good value and in the general area I wanted. road up is very narrow and goes into the forest and you wonder if you are on the right road. but there is a hotel and it is very quite with views over the area. room was very small

LOVED IT ONCE I FOUND IT. MYUNCLE LIVES IN THE AREA AND WAS SURPRISED I FOUND IT. HE LOVED IT. MEALS COULD HAVE MORE CHOICES THAN FRIES WITH VEAL . THANK YOU FOR A LOVELY STAY , WE WERE GLAD WE CAME.

Sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal. Tolles Zimmer (kleine Verbesserungen möglich). Frühstück ausreichend, aber etwas einseitig. Idyllisch, ruhig. Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Merci

Super emplacement, bon restaurant mais chambre un peu viellotte

Sehr schöne Umgebung und Aussicht. Alles in allem ein gemütlicher Ort. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht sich. Das Hotel ist jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und da und dort könnte es auch etwas gepflegter sein. Die Küche ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung ausser der grünen Farbe an der Wand, die ich persönlich als grauenhaft empfunden habe.

Die Hotellage ist vorzüglich. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt weder im Hotel noch im Restaurant nicht.

L'Hotel é isolato e per raggiungerlo bisogna percorre un tratto di stradina sinuosa e stretta. Struttura gradevole, receptionista simpatico ed accogliente. Sala panoramica, con annessa terrazza per cenare o bere una birra. Non é adatto se si vuole fare una passeggiata dopo cena e vedere qualche vetrina essendo completamente isolato. Ma é molto tranquillo e riposante..

Toller Aufenthalt, neues Hotel mit nettem Personal. Frühstück gut. WLAN war schnell. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass im Zimmer der Tisch etwas klein war zum Arbeiten.

i stayed there one night for a business trip, the hotel is nice and so are the employees, but the room was just a little bit small as i had a big luggage. Besides that, the view in the breakfast room was cool and breakfast itself was ok, but as the hotel is on the hill on top of the city you have nothing around.

Huone oli pieni ja työpöydälle oli vaikea saada läppäriä sopimaan. Mutta muuten siisti hotelli ja mukava tosin kovin syrjäinen paikka.

Sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang, etwas kleine aber sehr saubere, zweckmässige Zimmer. Wunderschöner Weitblick im Speisesaal, gutes Frühstück. Toller Spielplatz für Kinder.
