I have stayed at this resort 10 years ago and today it was just perfect again , safe , clean , great food , amazing staff, wonderful view , fantastic breakfast, everything was just amazing and wonderful. Thank you for the great hospitality Definitely coming back again Andre Younan Canada

Incredible location overlooking Lake Zurich. Perfect service. Very high quality breakfast buffet included with reservation. Newly renovated spa with variety of saunas and infinity pool complement perfect resort facilities.

Lack of AC in the room during a summer heat stretch led to almost unbearable night conditions. This in combination with the construction on the pool made us count down the days until check-out. Avoid if possible. Especially during the summer months.

All aspects of our visit were excellent. Food and drink were on the expensive side.

Fantastic service coupled with amazing location and views. Spa was very well kept and a nice bonus with some refreshments included in the spa area. Dinner in Collina was suburb and the breakfast brunch was really worth it. We’ll be back!

There is NO AC and while leaving the window open is lovely, swarms of mosquitos will surely fill your room as they did mine. I didn't sleep the whole night. The room was also dusty and hasn't been renovated obviously since they built the place. The spa was overrun and there was no social distancing.

Very isolated with nice view. Fairly basic facilities but wifi was very poor. As a business hotel one wold expect more. Service was pleasant but overall a bit over priced.

This is an excellent hotel outside Zurich with spectacular views of the lake. Easy access from the highway with fresh mountain air. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.

no spa, no swimming pool, no one informed us, BAD JOB from you guys at hotels/com, and from the hotel too. We had to leave.

Remote location, you need a car, but....breathtaking view, top class room with view to the lake, breakfast is great, staff very helpful and friendly. Loads of parking space. Highly recommend, - but you need a car.

They forgot to 1) Clean my room and 2) Tell me how to operate the TV (Its not as easy as pushing a button on a remote or on the TV). These things should mentioned at check-in.

Really nice hotel. The spa is awesome. Great breakfast. Stunning view. Staff really pleasant. Could do with air con in the rooms.
