Booked very last minute and was surprised to find such gem. In a quiet location, but super close to everything. The room was spacious and bright… I would say it was the best room on our entire trip as a family of 4 people. Super clean hotel. The staff is extremely attentive and pleasant to deal with. And a cherry on top - private onsen (also very clean) that can be booked for 30 min for free. We were traveling in March and the front deck of the hotel was not open yet, but I could see what a pleasant place it would be to spend time on a good warm day. Overall - very nice place and I recommend.

We absolutely loved our time at Almeria Hotel, we wished we stayed longer! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, their vegan breakfast was delicious and the private onsen was amazing!

Wonderfully clean and beautifully maintained hotel near the lake in a quiet, secluded spot. The staff is lovely and happy to help with anything you might need. We ate at the hotel one night and went out another night. The menu at the hotel is limited and mainly designed around sets (multi-course meals) but the food was good. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away from noise, traffic, and busy cities. You’d definitely need a car to visit, but it’s a nice experience and the onsen is a big plus.

The property looks new and clean. Service was excellent. We were offered private bath for the nights we stayed. No laundry within the facility but there are nearby laundry facilities if you need clothes washed. Would recommend a car if staying in this hotel to explore the Mt. Fuji area.

Nice staff, clean room.

We were really impressed with our stay at Almeria. It was our first time in Japan and we were there for 10 days. The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. We could even see Mount Fuji from the deck! The rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and new. They also offer a private hot bath you can reserve which was a really nice touch after a long day. We appreciated that they had food available whether that was dinner or breakfast and we took advantage of that a number of times. It's just a short drive or walk down to the lake. We had a rental car and the parking was right in front of the building. Super easy. We can't say enough good things about our experience and would stay again!

The hotel was really nice. We were told restaurant hours were until 9pm. Later asked when it opened and was told there was no chef for the day. It was a 7/11 night for dinner. Would have been nice to know earlier. Also not sure why they wouldn’t allow us more than an hour in the tub as there were no other reservations.

Highly recommend a stay here when visiting the lake. It's beautifully designed and very quiet. Each member of the staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect-- from helping us find specific points to visit to arranging transportation back to Mishima. We also ate several meals in the restaurant and they were very well done.

綺麗さ、料理、風呂、ロケーションとても良かったです。

駐車場が狭い。 観光地は早く行動する人が多いので、朝食7:30は遅い。 宿泊料が高いのに湯船がなくシャワーだけのホテルは初めて。 お部屋のソファーも１つだけ。 簡単なナイトウエアーもなし。

お部屋も思ったより広く、清潔感があって気持ち良く過ごせました。 貸切風呂も予約さえしておけば、家族4人ゆったり入る事が出来ました。少し湯温が高かったですが。 朝食も量がどうかなと思いましたが、美味しく、食べ終わればちょうど良い量でした。 ありがとうございました。

快適なホテルです。 スタッフの方の対応もとても良かったです。 貸切のお風呂も広々していて、ゆっくり入ることができました。 朝食もちょうどいい量でした。 強いて言えば、日本人スタッフがいなかったため、きちんとこちらの言っている事が伝わっているのかと少し気を遣わなければいけなかったため、もう少し日本語が通じるといいなと思いました。 ただ、快適でとても良い旅の時間でした。 また伺いたいですし、おすすめしたいホテルです。

御殿場アウトレットから車で約30分、水陸両用KABAバスから車で数分、想像以上にオシャレなホテルでした。ホテル内の家具やお皿も素敵で、スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧でした。チェックインが遅くなったため、夕食もホテルで頂きゆったりとした時間が過ごせて思い出になりました。雨の週末でしたが、天気が良ければテラスでのお食事もできたと思います。人気のホテルで1泊しか予約できませんでしたが、また行きたいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。 ありがとうございました(^^)

とてもオシャレで可愛いホテルでした。一つ言うなれば、朝食のパンは食パンで良いからチョコ味はやめて欲しかった。所々でトラブルはありましたが、また泊まりたいな、と思うほど素敵なホテルでした。外国人スタッフも皆さん頑張っていて、好感もてました。
