The room was spacious, staff was kind and helpful, the parking was easy, the location was fabulous and the breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff, I don't speak Spanish and the staff have little English but google translate sorted that not problem, nice location and breakfast, well priced, there's a really good restaurant a few minutes walk as you head back to town, the crab pie was amazing, also check out the craft market for gifts, alpaca scarfs for 5000 peseso, around £4 hats, gloves, poncho all good price

The staff were fantastic and the breakfast very good. The room was exactly like the online pictures. A little dated but very cozy!

A very nice wooden Hoyel with they helpful Staff. It was very good value.

Not suitable for our standard. Should not be an option from Hotels.com. Room had old, dirty carpet. Bathroom not cleaned. Woke up with allergic reactions, lots of red spots and skin rashes due to bad cleaning. Noise of traffic and loose dogs fighting. Not much sleep. Breakfast very simple. We recommend to book in a proper hotel at a little higher price.

Excellent location!! Close to the Plaza, and right across the Costanera. The staff was excellent and Oscar was a real gentleman, given us all the infirmation we needed. Definitely a place to come back on my next visit to Ancud.

Check-in was easy but the desk person disappeared so that when we came back for some information before going out that afternoon he was no longer available. The cost of the room at the hotel was a little higher than our Expedia reservation - while not drastically, it still wasn't quite what we expected.

Patricio nous a accueilli très gentiment et nous a montré notre chambre. Il nous a indiqué des restaurants pour dîner. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture. C'était vraiment parfait !

Nous avons choisi cet hébergement basé sur les commentaires mais nous étions vraiment déçu de notre choix. L’endroit n’était pas très propre, c’est mal entretenu et il à besoin de rénovation. La chambre était équipé d’une cuisine mais il n’était pas possible de cuisiner un oeuf. L’endroit est calme et le déjeuner est copieux. Personnel très sympathique.

Todo muy bien. Como sugerencia creo que a las cabañas le falta aislación, por el ruido de los autos durante tods la noche por la costanera. Y también recomendaría revisar aislación de ventanas ya que entraba viento. Las personas que atienden un 7.

Tiene vistas al mar y un desayuno que está bueno. El trato fue muy bueno también. En general quedamos contentos.

Excelente, buena atencion, todo muy limpio, lindo lugar, céntrico y seguro, además de la vista hermosa al mar.
