Lovely hotel and pool, staff very helpful

It was quite nice, they waited for us as we couldn’t cross the border to Argentina, the room spacious and very comfortable, breakfast is fair, free parking and nice pool

Poor wifi signal, can not surf the internet, book a triple room for family of 3. End up with a temporary roll away single bed. Very small room, not even enough towels. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Amazing service, charming hotel, fabulous breakfast!!!! The Hotel Malalhue has it all. Greeted professionally and with great efficiency at the front desk, and shown to my room after a long travel day set the stage for a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast was another treat - I can't say enough good things about this hotel!!

The hotel is pretty nice. Its a cozy place. The breakfast is mediocre.

Great looking property, tastefully deocorated. Great breakfast, fast WiFi, attentive staff, excellent value. Very cosy and yet memorable stay mostly due to impressive building. Pool a bit cloudy.

Wifi connectivity was extremely poor, slow speed and often down for hours at a time.

This little hotel had all we needed for a one night stay. The beds were very comfortable and they were able to get us a room last minute. Check in was very fast. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Pucon is a great town and this hotel is a short walk or cab ride away.

We were very comfortable in this hotel. It is situated in the International road that has easy access to the main roads connecting areas of interest and other towns. It is also the road that takes you to Pucon town centre, so if you rent a car like we did, it is in an ideal place to explore the area. The meals were excellent, whether a la carte or menu of the day, and the breakfast was what we expected in a good hotel. We would gladly go back and recommend it to others.

We had a problem with a fireplace being broken. We got fully smoked in! But Pablo really had a wonderful way to resolve our issue. He is a delight!

Booked it through the Hotels.com but we were given one of three or so worst rooms in the hotel, directly behind the receptionist. We could hear people walk by the entire night. We were there in the off season, and only saw a handful of parked cars so it was not like the hotel was completely sold out.

The hotel was a disappointment overall. Room with twin beds was like a hostel, no a/c, hairdryer didnt plug in to any outlets, cold water in shower. Could not open the shampoo envelopes without a knife. Breakfast was ok. The hotel needs interior painting in a big way. Not close to town or beach - and on a noisy road.

Stayed in Pucon for 4 days at end of Patagonia trip. Hotel selected due to ample and secure off street parking; therefore a little out of town. Otherwise, all OK.

We had booked two king rooms, but when we arrived they informed us that there had been a mistake with Expedia and that Expedia had given a double bed room rate for the king. Nonetheless, they gave us the king rooms for the double room rate. We had a front room, which was large, facing the main road. That night I couldn't sleep well because the traffic was constant and loud until around 2:00am. The next morning I asked if they could move us to a quieter location, which they did gladly. The room was smaller but still a king bed, was quiet because the windows opened to the back and side, and we had a beautiful view of the volcano Villarica. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfasts were very good. We had one dinner there which was not bad but not great either. It took a long time for the food to come and they were out of some of the dishes we would have ordered. I would recommend instead of eating dinner at the hotel you go to El Fogon on the main strip in Pucon, which serves wonderful grilled steaks (one of our best meals in Chile), salmon ceviche, shrimp omelet and desserts.

Hola,viaje la ultima semana de Febrero, y me toco, viento, lluvia y buen tiempo, encontre que en caso de corte de luz, faltan mas luces de emergencia,y algunos enchufes de emergencia en caso de descargarse los celulares.

Hay que mejorar, El precio es mucho en comparación a lo que ofrecen, por ejemplo tenia reserva un sábado y por fuerza mayor tuve que llegar un viernes a pucón, pasé a ver si había disponibilidad de habitación al rededor de las 04 am y si había, pero me cobraron el valor total igual, además tuve que dejar mi auto afuera ya que me dijeron que no había disponibilidad cuando si había espacio para estacionar. al día siguiente me mencionan que era raro que no me dejaran estacionar adentro. Respecto a la limpieza, me quede 2 noches y NO hubo reposición de los elementos de aseo como toallas y sabanas limpias, papel higiénico, jabón y shampoo. El desayuno impecable, bien contundente y los jóvenes que atendían en el desayuno muy amables y atentos. Lo que es desayuno me dejó muy conforme, pero lo demás debe mejorar ya que el precio es alto haciendo un contraste con lo que debe mejorar el hotel.

Buen hotel pero la atención se ve perjudicada por la falta de personal. Malalhue debe aumentar su dotación. Importante: quienes atienden (sobrepasados y todo) son amables.

Muy lindo hotel, buena relación precio / calidad, habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia, rodeada de vegetación y de fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad, 20 minutos caminando y 5 en auto, con estacionamiento al interior del hotel; lo más bajo sería el desayuno, pero funciona.
