Great location, lovely property. Top floor has a lot to offer. Great view of the city and a cool place to chill/relax. Very friendly staff.

Amazing place to stay. The hotel staff is superb, so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spectacular!! The neighbood is perfect and confident to everything. We will never stay anywhere else in Santiago. A must stay… you will not be disappointed.

Nivel staff

Great location and decent rooms. However, I was very disappointed about their customer service. I left my jacket in the room and reached out to the hotel so that they could save it for me and no one answered my calls nor responded my emails. The hotel only responded to me via whatsapp to let me know they were going to look for my jacket, but when I showed up three days later to check on my item, they informed housekeeping didn’t find anything. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of honesty and transparency from their housekeeping staff because I left my jacket on top of the bed, so clearly they lied about it. Also, how they handled the situation was extremely frustrating as the phone number listed on their website didn’t work and no one responded to my email requests.

The room and the adjacent garden are gorgeous. The cafe on the property is delicious. The staff is kind and accommodating. Wonderful location. 100/10!

Nice terrace rooms with view onto greenery

The rooms did not disappoint! I had a double terrace and it was really nice. I used the gym, which was minimal but got the job done. I attempted to extend my stay because I was so comfortable, but they were booked! I do want to share that the area is a bit noisy with a street view and the restaurant right below my room, a white noise machine helped immensely at night.

Nos alojamos en The Place y fue una excelente elección. La ubicación es ideal si vas a Las Condes: segura, tranquila y cerca de todo. Las instalaciones están impecables, cómodas y muy bien equipadas. El servicio fue cálido y eficiente desde el primer momento. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estadía. Sin dudas volveríamos. ¡Muy satisfechos!

The thing that stood out the most was the staff. Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. The location gave me the option to walk and explore also access to public transportation was very close. The layout and design were awesome.
