Excellent host, good location

Best welcome in 2 months travelling South America and the bar was already high - Patricio is a fantastic host with great advice and great accommodation at very good prices. I was impressed from the start and it just got better and better.

Really friendly and welcoming place at a great price. Patricio and his staff really looked after me and made me feel it was a second home. The building is huge, with impressive views over Viña del Mar. Impressed in every way.

The owner speaks English which is a plus. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay which is a negative. The kitchen to prepare food in is welcome however it is in need of an upgrade. The stove doesnt heat up much because one side where the gas comes out doesnt light up. The balcony area is excellent and relaxing. What was very irritating is the policy of nobody being able to visit you (Im not talking about staying over). Because of this policy I wouldnt stay there again.

Really nice, quaint hotel / Hostel up on hill overlooking Viña Del Mar. Super nice guys running the place. Late breakfast schedule but let them know, they will accommodate you. Community breakfast, sit and chat with other guest. They even showed me how to make coffee with their coffee maker so I could do it myself 😊. Very homey place. Full kitchen in common area and nice patio outside. Nice living room. Great location near lots of restaurants.

This is an ~100 year old house on a hill overlooking Vina Del Mar. The proprietor speaks great English and is very helpful. The room was spacious and clean and there are large common areas and a balcony patio downstairs. The shared bathroom had a good shower and water pressure. The location is great - a short walk to either the beach, the tourist area, or the downtown area. Within a few blocks on the same hill there are some really nice homes and views. Breakfast was OK. If you stay on a weekend I would recommend earplugs; there are revelers in the bar area down the hill. Good find in Vina Del Mar if you don't mind shared facilities.

A really quaint hostel but with individual rooms,a homely feel and a breakfast around one table in the dining area,nice helpful owners,good location and good exercise up the hill to get there,nice choice for Vina del Mar

Very nice experience. Owner was very nice and helpful, Location was very convenient and safe. The place was clean and breakfast was good, . If I come back to the city I would definetely stay there again

The owner was nice enough, the breakfast, was passable, but the room was terrible, and was not as represented

Muy buena ubicación. Patricio es excelente como anfitrión, dedicado y atento, me dio buenos tips para salir en la zona. Lugar limpio, sustentable, luminoso y resguardado.

Una casona antigua, con una vista espectacular, localizado a metros del centro, puedes llegar a la playa caminando, la gente es cordial y hacen todo lo posible para que estés a gusto.

Todo de diez. Muy buen trato. Desayuno excelente.. super recomendable
