This was a very quaint, quiet and clean property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They served a very nice breakfast every morning and always checked to make sure the room was clean and make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable. Such very nice people run the hotel. Had a massage twice while here and it was very good and relaxing. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was not strong, but it was not a problem. Overall, this is a great place to stay!!

Pulling up, I was apprehensive, but as soon as I walked in the door, it was like being welcomed by an old friend. The rooms are historic with antiques of an earlier Valparaiso. Amazing formal South American breakfast. Would highly recommend.

A couple of the rooms (including the one I stayed in) have very low ceilings. Fabricio is a true gem and staff is very accommodating.

First, this is not a hote. It is a B&B where you leave your keys when you go out and ring to get in. Very pleasant, tasteful decor, and unique rooms. I like that it's not a standardized chain and its location is great - near la Sebastiana, a nice lunch place, and a couple of restaurants on residential Bellavista. Tranquil. Smiling and nice staff. However, consider a few things if you are a foreigner who speaks little Spanish. Staff could not advise me where to get the colectivos that run between the hill and main town, so it was very hard for my mother to climb the hill until we figured it out alone. Many restaurants close at dusk in the area so it was a problem for dinner. Services not as listed - no laundry, no room service when requested during the times it's supposed to be there. It has charm but best for budget travelers who speak pretty good Spanish or who are in a group/are used to hills to move around freely in a cerro that gets very isolated in the evening and where people advised me not to walk after dark.

We stayed here prior to a cruise and found the hotel to be a delightful surprise. Although small, the personal touch was tremendous. I highly recommend this as a Valparaiso hotel, recognizing that this is a true Chilean B&B, and not a large chain hotel.

The owners are extremely nice and were helpful during our stay. Would recommend to stay in this neighborhood in the hills. We felt safe walking around and a 20 min walk downhill to the bars and restaurants. This is a quaint B&B with lots of charm.

Stayed one night. Friendly and helpful owner. Nice room with a veranda off it that allowed us a place to read. One museum in the area and a couple of cafés. It was a long way down into town and back. Excellent breakfast. Wifi did not work.

Moderate accommodations, host and staff are very friendly and helpful. Water took a long, long time to get warm so skipped a shower.

We were amazed when we arrived at this 'hotel'. It is a bed and breakfast with very limited facilities. The picture on the website is very misleading as the bath in our bathroom was so grubby you wouldn't have dreamt of lying in it. Value for money is very poor and they tripled their prices on New Year's Eve when other hotels were raising theirs by 40%. We could not recommend this accommodation to anybody.

This was a great hotel. We were treated great by the staff. The room was big with a great view. We received advance breakfast menus to order what we liked-very tasty and plenty full. We had great massages at their spa- not to be missed. We were able to walk down to the center and take inexpensive shared taxis back up the hill. We would definitely return.

The hotel is very nice, most of double rooms are very comfortable, though we had a Prat twin room which was VERY small, but we were aware of it. The breakfast is superb and location is close to everything.

Although it is called a hotel, Puerto Natura is more accurately a large B & B. It is clean and spacious - we stayed on the top floor in La Poeta, which had a fine view of the city from an adjoining lounge/sunroom. The breakfast was substantial and tasty. Guest select their breakfasts upon check in. Service generally was very good; the only negative was the WiFi signal which was very weak. The hotel is situated close to Pablo Neruda's house: La Sebastiana, which makes it easy for taxis to find.

NIce old house inside, very friendly staff. It is a long way up the hill if you walk; The only problem was a power cut one evening which cut the water off, but it was fixed during the night.

This place is more than what you will expect, beautiful house, (same architect that design the Neruda house), spotless clean, beautiful rooms and awesome view, and on top of that the spa and meditation room, they are top quality ! do not leave without taking a massage and bath with flowers, you will feel renew, it offers you an amazing Valparaiso experience. Service is spectacular as well, and its only few houses away from the Neruda house, very safe to walk around and close to everything but away enough from the too touristic part of the city, so you really experience life there. highly recommended.

Nothing was to much trouble for the patron and staff at this hotel. It was welcoming, convenient, clean, comfortable and within easy access of all areas. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
