I stayed in these suites a week prior to this stay. This is a residential apartment building with apparently the owners (3)rent their places individually. First the Pros, Great location, clean, spacious one bedroom apartment, clean, comfy bed, full kitchen. The cons, No English speaking at front security guard. It’s a bit confusing, guard has to call whoever to get better English speKing rep. Guards are perpetually cranky, not friendly at all. The place was noisy, there was a party happening next door from 8 pm to 6 am. At 3 am they took it outside but remained noisy. The previous night was good. In addition, bathroom ceiling had mold. I think Lastarria properties should decide if they want to be an apartment building or a hotel, in the meantime, install some rules for quiet time and enforce.

Great location, it's a studio with kitchenette, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a small TV room. I's located within a apartment building, therefor there's not room service or so but there are many coffee shops and excellent restaurants within a few steps of it. There's also a security desk 24/7 to help .

This is not really a hotel, you are renting an apartment in an apartment building. They meet you there and give you a key to an awesome apartment an you just leave the key on the table instead of checking out. It's such a great deal, a cheap place that was clean and had full kitchen with pots and pans. We loved this place, right in the heart of an incredible neighborhood. I can't say enough good thing about this place. The location was just awesome.

The hostess is very nice and helpful. The guy at the front desk who is the one you have to work with full time is quite the opposite. Room AC doesn’t work properly, glasses were dirty, and shower ran out of hot water in about a minute or two. Not what I would have expected from a hotel. Upside is good location.

Second time staying at this building. Love the location. You can walk to downtown, Italia, bellavista and forestral. The U Catolica metro is a minute walk away. Lost points for hotel staff. The check-in lady was pleasant, but the building is an apartment building not a hotel. I understand the reception staff are not there to be concierge, but the older chubby man with short hair and glasses was very unpleasant. We were almost shooed away before we could check in.

Hotel was perfect for my short stay. In a good location and very clean.

Great apartment, spacious with great wifi, walking distance to lots of amenities, parks & museums. Located in a trendy spot with lots of great restaurants nearby.

Great service from ALL the staff. Fernando was especially helpful on the day of my arrival in Santiago. The rooms were great value for the price paid. I cannot speak Spanish and the staff but some staff could so that made my stay alot more pleasant. I'll be staying here again.

Its definitely not exactly a hotel. You get there and have to go another apartment to 'check-in', which is just done in the kitchen of another apartment. Other than that, its all perfect though. Apartment is way bigger than any other hotel at that price. Rooms are cleaned each day. Location is great with heaps of restaurants and cafes nearby. Its not truly in Bellavista but its right next to another huge hub of restaurants. The Bellavista area was only a 10min walk though. As was everything else though. Would definitely recommend the apartment!

Clean and quiet apartment. Well-equipped and spacious. Great neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, cafes, wine bars, convenience stores around. The GAM cultural centre and metro is nearby. Good value!

Quiet building with 24 hour security in a nice area close to restaurants & bars. Room was comfortable & clean.

Perfect location in old historic part of town for evening dining out. Bar across the street has excellent pisco sours.

This hotel is by far a great deal for what you get for the money. It is in a great neighborhood for food, shopping and sightseeing. The metro is less than a block away and you can walk to most everything easily. The apartment is everything you will need for your stay. The apartment manager is very helpful also.

Great location for sightseeing - plenty of cafés for food and drinks. Full time security at entrance but this is a nice apartment complex, not a hotel.

Excellent place to stay! To enjoy the sights of Santiago, and still have a most pleasant stay, this location can't be beat. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and looks out to the lovely green of Cerro Santa Lucia. It's near numerous cafés and restaurants and a large grocery store. Viviana was most helpful - arranged airport taxi, and a late checkout. Would definitely stay there again!

For the price a good value. Location in Lastarria neighborhhood hard to beat.
