Beautiful old landmark townhouse converted to B&B. Super-friendly service. Raoul, the owner, speaks excellent English. Great location near subway and lots of restaurants.

The staff is really friendly, and goes above and beyond their duty to ensure your needs are met.

Disappointed, the information on the web was not the same as we had there - we were misled.

Arrived at designated address and was walked around the corner to a different property that was being remodeled. After placing things in room we walked back to principal property where they refused to accept the agreed upon hotels.com price.I showed them reservation which they acknowledged but they insisted that was the cash-only price. Having just arrived I had no cash so got shanked into paying additional CC processing fee and 19% tax despite hotels "Total to be charged by hotel..." statement. No breakfast was served. I'm planning to post pictures of dining area at 9:00 and non-living area. The furniture remained pushed into center of room and covered with plastic for the diary. There was no promised "lanai" or climate control. When speaking on the phone with the manager he explained that they "just couldn't accept less than they were offering it to me..." and that's why I was responsible for their direct costs - never mind that they dropped the listed price later that same day. Overcharged 27%, non-negotiable.

Cheap but old and shower worked only intermittently. Friendly staff.

Located close to one of the main avenues and can boast of a very friendly group of staff. However the room was way too small and there was absolutely no space left for movement with bed in the room!

The location of the property is pretty good, less than a 5 minute walk from the Santiago metro as well as the Avenida Alameda. However the room was pretty small and left us with almost no room for movement after keeping our luggage. The hosts, Veronica and Raul were both extremely helpful!

Raul, the had been easy to contact and responded right away to my emails, unlike other hostals that you can communicate only through the booking agency. Veronica had been so kind to give a blanket to my wife--we arrived very early in the morning so she had to accommodate us in the sofa at the living room while waiting for our room to be vacated by the previous renter.

Para quem não se importa muito com luxo, que queira apenas um lugar para dormir e guardar suas coisas este hotel e um bom lugar para ficar, ótimo custo benefício, bem localizado, eu ficaria novamente, o único fato ruim foi o chuveiro, tínhamos dificuldade em ajustar para a água sair quentinha.

No tienen recepción. Nunca conocimos al dueño o responsable del Hostal. Nos mandaron un mensaje 2 días antes que teniamos que pagar como mínimo una noche adelantado cuando teniamos la opción "reserve ahora y pague en hotel", se le explicoque teníamos la opción de pagar en el hotel porque de por sí ya tenia un recargo y aparte nos cobraron más de la cuenta. La cama, el closet y el mobiliario de la habitación bien deteriorado. La muchacha de la limpieza fue quien nos cobró. La cocina era una asquerosidad. En 4 días hospedados nunca limpiaron ni la cocina, ni la habitación. Tuve que pedir el cambio de paños porque sino no lo daban a pesar que nos dijeron que se cambiaban a diario. No dieron toalla de manos ni jabón. En resumen, es para nunca más volver. No los recomiendo para absolutamente nada. Muestran unas fotos hermosas y super descuidado todo, para nada se parecen a las fotos la realidad del lugar

Muy buena limpieza

A localização é excelente, a acomodação é regular, o atendimento bom. Tivemos problema com falta de água durante do banho e também com falta de água quente. Quando estão lavando roupa de cama e toalhas, falta água nos chuveiros. Foi preciso pedir que evitassem lavar roupa no final do dia, quando voltávamos dos passeios para que pudéssemos tomar banho. Foi o que mais incomodou

Me gusto el barrio es muy tranquilo y accesible a todo tipo de transporte
