Room wasn't as shwon in pictures. Lacking AC, charging extra at checking, tv dodnt habe the remote. Couldn't clean room although they were informed to do so.

The staff was rude, the rooms had a wet smell, the rooms were dirty.

Road invested more in the bathroom. How are you humidity in the room?

The location of the hotel is ideal because it is near countless entertaining things to do.

AC was not working. Sparse / very basic accommodations.

Great location, friendly staff, relatively clean. Very helpful staff to fix problem with shower. A bit noisy some nights and bed was too hard for my liking.

Super ruidoso, camas duras e incómodas, almohadas de piedra, el servicio es pésimo. Las empleadas dan las respuestas más ridículas del mundo. No agua caliente y hasta te quedabas sin agua mientras te bañabas. No te limpian el cuarto al menos que lo pidas y aun así te ignoran y cuando les recuerdas te dicen que no avisaste a tiempo y que te quedas para el próximo día, el cual tampoco van. Hace calor en las habitaciones porque hay solo ventilador de pared y no puedes abrir la ventana porque escuchas todo el escándalo de la 70. La gerente se queda en el celular en redes sociales mientras te quejas y sus empleados te dan las excusas que ya les programó. El internet se cae todo el tiempo. Entran personas de la calle a la recepción a utilizar las facilidades y hasta suben a caminar por los pasillos donde solo se supone que hayan huéspedes. El único decente y que trata de ayudar es un muchacho llamado Mauricio. Busquen cualquier otro lugar, me lo agradecerán.

The best part of this hotel is the staff members they are always very attentive and smiling, but rooms are totally different story the very first room was on 3rd floor facing to Main Street, the sliding window can’t be locked and you can hear the party all night long, we requested to move to different room and the second room the ac wasn’t working at all, no tv remote control and pedestal fan had the cord matched at middle point which is safety hazard. PD the weather was perfect so we didn’t miss the ac but I wonder what could happen on the hottest days

Perfect location. But the first the first room was not in good condition. The room I reserved said that it has AC but it did not work. However, they were nice and very polite,they gave me a different room. For me that was the most important, they cared about my complaint and it was fixed.

Tiene lo mínimo pero es mejor que un hostal y está muy bien por el precio, esta bien ubicado, solo si batallas para dormir por ruido( no es mi caso) es a considerar por qué está sobre avenida de bares y antros.
