This Hotel is so we'll located. We love the fact that was close to everything and also a good distance away from the busy streets. We loved the quiteness The staff was always friendly. We will definitely come back.

Hotel muy bonito en una casa colonial bien mantenida. Buena atención.

Mi experiencia en el Hotel San Rafael fue maravillosa. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de Katherine, Mariela y María, quienes hicieron que mi estadía fuera especial desde el primer momento. Personas atentas, cordiales y siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Gracias a ellas me sentí bien recibido y cuidado en todo momento. Sin duda, un servicio que merece reconocimiento y que invita a regresar.

Très bel hôtel et le staff (accueil et cuisine) excellent! Mais, le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais. En d'autres termes, pour ce prix on peut s'attendre à des biens meilleures prestations et services.

Das Hotel liegt einfach traumhaft direkt an der Uferpromenade, die Lage ist zentral, aber dennoch absolut ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wenn auch niemand English spricht. Schönes Ambiente. Sauberer Pool.

Muy bonita propiedad

Excelente lugar, lo único es que había zancudos en la habitación que se vuelven un poco molestos y no permiten que la experiencia sea perfecta.

El servicio y personal excelente. muy dispuestos a colaborar con las necesidades del huésped, incluso para actividades extras que no tienen que ver con el alojamiento y el servicio como hotel... muy recomendado
