Wonderful location, nice and clean hotel and staff very friendly

“Premium suite” with windows to a dark interior place? Incredible and I was charged US$10 more than the advertised $118 (not including Colombian taxes (in total I was charged $128 for the room for a total of $154 including the 19% tax) What a rip off!

The hotel staff assigned me a room with an air-conditioner that was not operational and did nothing to accommodate me until midnight when they finally transfered me to a new room. The staff lied to me on several occasions through out my stay. The toilet was dirty and had dry urine on the seat. The towels were old,worn and stained.

Property was perfectly adequate for our needs; staff was good; however room was not fully clean including stained pillows in the room.

Although the hotel is very nice, they do not maintain good cleanliness, nor do they take care of the guests who are already staying there. The restaurant has very good service and good food, and it looks clean and pleasant. They have security in the parking lot, and overall, the employees are kind.

Super friendly staff. Gym next door. Restaurant in the hotel (not expensive given the quality of the food and variety of the menu). Despite being right off a major street, the room was quiet. Very spacious and inviting. Will likely book again if visiting the area. Located across the street from a small business vendor mall.

Customer service was very deficient. It’s as if they don’t know how to respond to customer complaints. Atención al cliente es muy deficiente en este hotel.

FR Hotel is a solid choice if you go to Ibague. We were on the third floor, same as the spa and the restaurant, and it had a unique charm to it as i walked around. The room was as shown in Expedia's listing as "Premium Suite". High ceilings, tall doors to the patio which had a nice view of the mountains. The staff wore smiles from the front desk to the restaurant. There was an issue getting hot water into the hot tub, but someone came up quickly to help and after some tinkering we had hot water. The restaurant is covered but open to the outside. For breakfast, there were 3 main options and several other things to self serve. We were satisfied. We didn't get to use the spa. Overall, FR Hotel gets a thumbs up from me.

They didn’t clean my room and I was there for two nights/three days.

La manager o duena del hotel necesita hacer un curso de modales como tratar al cliente. Por error del personal tube q cambiar de habitacion la cual fue pagada. Pero esto pasa x no saber darle un entrenamiento apropiado y dejar sola una persona q es nueva atendet la reception. Y mucho mas cliente q me hospedado otras oportunidades en este hotel

The hotel is very good, but the staff is excellent. For business I have to come back to the city of Ibagué and I will book this hotel without doubts.
