On arrival we were asked to book additional transfers plus meals to get to our tents on the other side of the desert. Luckily we could change to the rooms inside Les Pyramides. It was not clear during booking, that the tents need additional for pay transport. We thought the tents were just behind the main building. Cleanliness of the rooms was ok.

A beautiful unique place right at the sand dunes. The description "connected with a shopping center" is wrong, there is no shopping center. It is connected with a well-equipped camping site. The last stretch of the access road goes across sand, unpaved. Camel rides are right next door. Beautiful sunsets, sky full of stars, open-fire barbeque for delicious food which comes in huge portions and with many tasty sides. WiFi works in the common area but not in the simple rooms and the water didn't run hot, but the surrounding nature and Ali's hospitality made up for it.

We loved our stay at Les Pyramids hotel. It is right on the sand dunes. When we arrived by the Supratour bus at night, we were picked up at the bus stop by Ali, the manager of the hotel. There was a sand storm the next day, and the wind continued for another day as well, which meant that we couldn't go out on to the sand dunes due to poor visibility, and the sand constantly blowing in your eyes. So, we decided to extend our stay to 4 nights instead or 2 as booked. They were very happy to accommodate us. Our room was simple, but comfortable- soft bed, clean sheets & towels, good hot water in the shower in a big simple bathroom. No toiletries provided. We had good wifi, when we were the only people in the hotel, adequate to allow us to stream Netflix in our room, but when the hotel was busy we needed to be in the reception area to get wifi. Breakfast was delicious, and plentiful. We had dinner at the hotel as well (initially because of the wind), and it was excellent, and very large servings. We had a Moroccan salad, and a Tagine which we shared between the 2 of us & it was plenty. When the wind stopped we were able to go to the big sand dune in front of the hotel at sunrise by ourselves, and walk up to the top. In the afternoon we asked for a camel ride at sunset, and had a lovely ride in the dunes, with Mohamed who was very good at taking photons of us on the camels. The cost was 100MAD per person. All of the staff at the hotel were lovely, trustworthy, kind.
