Loved the place and staff. It was the friendliest place I've been to. Beach 400 meters, views unbelievable. Had Breakfast and dinner there, home cooking can't beat it. Budva is a great city. Keep it up all and thanks again for a wonderful stay

Fantastic value for money and in a great location just a short 10-15 min walk to the beach and restaurants so it’s very quiet at night. The breakfast is fantastic with lots of options and lovely coffee. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We have a great 1night stay here.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The hotel is set back from the beach, in a central location. You can walk everywhere of interest. The welcome was warm and efficient, and just what was needed after the journey. The manager spoke excellent English. Parking was possible although cramped so best not for a large car. Room was comfortable, good shower and bed. Wifi reasonable. Included breakfast was buffet style and excellent. Value for money very good.

Hotel Oliva is the perfect place. The hotel was spotless. Every day our room was serviced and fresh towels and linen. Staff and owner Branco were very friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 6 nights without issue. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The location is perfect and only 15ish minutes walk to the beaches and main attractions. Would highly recommend Hotel Oliva. Excellent value for money! Will return for sure!

Branko, the owner, is a real proprietor. He and his staff are friendly and helpful, and make every effort to make you comfortable from the minute you arrive. So much better than soulless corporate hotels. Even provided free parking in his garage. The location is perfect - close to the Old Town, nightlife and beaches - but not too close to be noisy. And the hotel is nicely arranged with a beautiful quiet garden at the back for drinks and dining, or even just sitting and reading/surfing. Great hotel to use as a base for motorcycle touring. This trip was with my car, but I shall return in the future with my bike for a longer period touring this stunning part of the country.

A good hotel within walking distance of beaches and the old town. The owner was great, offering us a complimentary drink on arrival and helping us plan onwards travel. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. Would recommend for a stay in Budva.

Such an amazing experience at this hotel. Although we only stayed 2 nights, I was very happy. Our room was very clean and we loved our balcony!! The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! Would highly recommend and I would definitely go back in the future

Good location, friendly people, but it all ends there. Rooms were extremely dated and cramped. The bed was also uncomfortable and breakfast was nothing to write home about. There were also a lot of stairs to climb so keep this in mind if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. Seek another hotel would be my advice.

Love this place, everyone was so friendly

Not a bad location, but the hotel needs updating. Room was reasonably clean but bathroom was old and needed replacing. Begrudge paying 70 euros a night. Bizarrely, they were also holding a funeral wake at breakfast - obviously it's very sad, but I think a hotel is not the ideal place? Very weird atmosphere.

The owner is a lovely man who made you feel very welcome. Everything was nice and cleans and looked after.

Outstanding service from the moment we walked in the door as we were greeted by the general manager/owner and other very friendly and helpful employees. The room was clean and relatively large with an excellent oversized balcony. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The restaurant is perfect. Amazing food in a garden atmosphere; very peaceful. I definitely reccomend the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options (with a wide variety of meals to choose). The hotel is a very short walk from the main beaches and an enjoyable walk to old town Budva (about 15 minutes). Amazing staff and relatively inexpensive overall.

Had a really nice stay at oliva for 6 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful with TV air con and our own balcony. We checked out and headed to the beach but the staff kept our luggage and even gave us a shower room before our bus!

Extremely kind staff. Always greeting you with a smile. Location is good. Not too far from the main sights. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a triple room and I had to sleep in the sofa bed. Which was not that bad for a sofa bed. The restaurant is also good.

booked a room with a double bed and when I got to the hotel I and my wife had to sleep to 2 different single beds!!!!
