The building is old and being refurbished, There has been a conscious effort to revitalize the property, however there is a problem with proximity. There is a significant problem with clientele and despite the effort to make the hotel better it needs to finish the renovations beyond just cosmetics and re-brand itself. As it stands if you like half renovated and a lower class clientele and the problems that go with it, it's perfect for you. I don't appreciate someone pounding on my door at 1 am yelling I stole their money when I had been there an hour. I left right after that. On the upside, the young lady at the front counter was very polite and helpful and I did appreciate that. She was a treat to deal with. But the owners are clearly in over their heads.

Budget friendly, they are renovating and making the rooms very nice. Staff were great! I will be back

The property was under construction,, water was dripping from the roof, it’s below average and non living conditions and shouldn’t be on Expedia . Most terrible unhygienic place

It was a clean room, some of the staff were good. Air conditioning good, very poor/ bad internet connection. No wifi connection.

Good for staying 1 or 2 days depending on the situation you have .

Not a great place, the locks on the inside of my door had all been sawed off or broken, They had piles of garbage everywhere, my bedding was not clean, it was very expensive for how disgusting it was.

me and my wife will never stay there again. the place stunk the roof in the lobby had a big hole and was leaking water and the noise was still going at 3 am . we will never stay there again.

New room look comortable, did like the old room when I stayed last time, but thanks good room

The entire property was a disgrace. The room was filthy with torn curtains and skirting board ripped off the wall. Furniture was sticky to touch and repairs done to the main door due to someone breaking in. Large bin in corridor collecting water from a hole in the ceiling and pieces of broken furniture on landing / stairway.

Gave me an old broken down filthy room then asked for better room and got a clean renovated room. Why do that first???

I liked nothing. The place is dirty right from the getgo on the dirty one and a half flight of stairs to reach the room-level as they have not been vacuumed for a while. The room was dirty. Hair on bedding. Minimal decor. Minimal supply of everything. No coffee in the room. The fridge had a totally iced-up freezer and no tray. The so-called "restaurant" is a small, dark and dismal hole in the wall. And the claim of being NEW is a joke as the place is full of debris. For me , using a mobility device it was a hardship to move from the room with the UNMENTIONED stairs when booking.
