Staff at Front Desk were very helpful at all times, and friendly. Assisted myself when asked for assistance; also helped my students. I appreciate their positive attitude and helpfulness.

The rooms are very equiped, clean and the temperature was ok. The service of clean was ok.

Property was fine. The problem is that Orbitz supplies a false sense of ammenities that are not included.

This was a new hotel. The room and staff were perfect. The location of this hotel was ok, it was pretty much at the end of the busy downtown area. Calama itself is a quiet town and don't have much to offer. It is mainly and stop from Bolivia after touring the Uyuni salt flats before catching a flight into Santiago. The hotel itself is pretty nice and would definitely recommend it as a stopover.

a pesar de haber pagado mi estadia via web se me cobra de nuevo el ingreso. A posterior me dicen que me devolveran lo cobrado, no obstante no funciona la maquina para realizar la devolución

TUVIMOS UN DESAGRADABLE EXPERIENCIA EN LA LLEGADA CON EL NOCHERO ..IMPRESENTABLE

Una vez que llegamos al hotel, los dormitorios estaban sucios. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación, la cual estaba más sucia. El personal del restaurant no son muy amables. Rescato la cordialidad de Cristian en recepción, quien ayudó en todos los problemas que tuvimos.

Lugar limpio, detalle las toallas viejas y desilachadas. El valor de la habitación es mas cara de lo que ustedes publican y si bien tiene restoran, cuando llegue (19 hrs.) estuvo cerrado.

calidad de instalaciones y servicios de muy buen nivel. lo unico lamentable es el estrecho y poca cantidad de estacionamientos dentro del mismo hotel.
