Self checkin did not work. Thankfully there was a host to complete the transaction. I do not recommend self-checkin in a foreign country as it leaves room for error.

The hotel breakfast was amazing and the local water was delicious! We checked in after hours so that was a little complicated and we didn’t have any information on breakfast times or checkout times but I found it online.

Our stay was great. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Hotel was clean and appeared well maintained. Seemed odd not to have no reception desk coverage on the weekend, but maybe it’s more of a business week oriented place. Couldn’t find a thermostat and room temperature was a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds. This is basically a self serve hotel. There is no staff to answer questions so as long as you don't have questions it is a good hotel. The breakfast buffet is good but doesn't open until 8 am on weekends so it was a bit tight for us heading out on last day.

Can not checkin because there is no staff help. Called phone help line number listed on self-checkin machine but no staff support at all. Have to leave the facility to find another place to stay. Very disappointed. Worst hotel experience in my life!

Very nice but limited area for site seeing

This hotel is a bit out of town so not many options nearby. But it’s a decent location if you are doing the Liechtenstein trail as it’s very close and there is a LIEBike station right at the hotel which is convenient. The bus stop is very close. Breakfast was great. Self checkin was the hardest and most time consuming we came across in the country. You can’t just use your surname like most other hotel self checkins; you must know your reservation code which we had to dig up. And then you have to enter a bunch more information about yourself, too. Hotel is very clean, room is spacious and cozy, but shower is a poor design and water gets everywhere on the floor outside of it. They do not provide fans which is a nice amenity when it’s warmer outside. Most of our other hotels had fans. The rooms have nice big windows but there is no view at all.

The property is in the middle of no where so there’s little to do nearby. The hotel itself is sterile…no life, no character. We were there 24 hours and never met a person. We had to figure how to check ourselves in on a kiosk in German to open the door to even get in the hotel. We just left keys in a box to check out. The room seemed clean, but there were two pairs of extremely smelly sneakers left in our closet. Of course, there was no one to tell this to, so we left them in the hall. The next day they were still there since it seems no one works in the building. The shower floor was very slippery when wet and felt unsafe. Breakfast was good (we saw a man who didn’t interact working behind the lines) but the coffee machine wasn’t working and the water for tea was ice cold. We felt like we were staying in a futuristic sterile environment. I’d never recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! I highly recommend staying here. The staff is excellent - they even let me drop off my bag early.

This hotel is very new and clean. Starting with parking, it was readily available and free. Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Nice and modern hotel. Clean and the bed was very comfortable. The self check-in was not easy at all, in fact it did not work. If a desk clerk had not stayed at work a little longer than see was suppose to we may not have gotten checked in at all. She was very nice and very helpful which really helped improve our stay

Beautiful room in a hotel with a techy feel to it. Check-ins done electronically via a kiosk in the entryway after 5pm. Other than the casino a block away, there isn't anything particularly inviting about the location. It's in a business park off the highway and away from town. Seemed safe enough to walk around, but nothing to see if you did. The gentlemen working the food service were very friendly and helpful, but the food wasn't very good. I did appreciate the kitchen's willingness to make eggs to order. The woman working the front desk was disinterested and borderline rude. I would be willing to stay here again.

We spent a weekend in Liechtenstein and stayed at this hotel because of its great location, near the highway. Easy check in with the automated machine, large room sparkling clean, good breakfast in the morning. Employees around were available and smiling. Great value, I highly recommend.
