What an extraordinary and beautiful place. The hotel and grounds are immaculate and the restaurant next door is delicious.

Clean room, nice staff, good bed.

The staff was great! My cousins and I felt very welcomed. The place is beautifully unique. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Loved all the trees around the hotel. Restaurant had great food. The room was a little cold. But they quickly sent heating machine and warm blanket.

Great customer service

Super charming. Spacious. Staff is very professional. Tasty food nicely presented. Lots of character in the historical building. Very private and peaceful.

That only thing I didn't like was the wifi connection in the room

La cama muy cómoda. Hacía un poco de calor en la habitación. En la reservación decía que incluía estacionamiento gratuito pero nos cobraron $50

I wish I could give this property zero stars. It’s not really a hotel and should not be operating as such. There was no heat, no service, no taxis just an isolated freezing cold room in a strange location.

Everything is very old

Stay was horrible the Hotel does not offer any food service after 7pm, it’s very secluded and if you do not have a car you can’t do anything, delivery is not an option, Hotel does not have any car service, you basically you are stuck in there, taxis will charge a ridiculous amount of money to get there, hotel does not have climate in the room and there are extremely cold during this time a year, overall it was a horrible experience, they sell it as a very exclusive full of amenities and it’s NOT! DO NOT STAY THERE! ITS NOT WORTH IT

Presume más de lo que es, no hubo internet, no había canales en la televisión, el termostato ni servía, no hay nada alrededor. Desepcionante a grandes rasgos. Hubiera preferido llegar a la ciudad que está experiencia.

La cama rechina te despierta al moverte el cuarto no esta totalmente limpio el hotel en general es viejo . No nos gusto . No volveremos a quedarnos en ese hotel

BEAUTIFUL PLACE INSIDE THE FORREST WITH GORGEOUS ROOMS WITH A MEXICAN HACIENDA TOUCH, EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY STAFF THAT MEKE YOU FEEL LIKE HOME, A AAA+ PLACE.
