I gave it a 4 because Location was good but the room was not very clean.

Hotel urgently needs a renovation. Somehow they only give you the advertised rates if paying with cash, which is odd (sounds like the want to avoid taxes, as it is ilegal to charge more when paying with card). They told me my room was quiet but heard lots of noise between 10pm and 1am. I would not stay there again.

This hotel is great walking distance from the main street and the ADO station. We arrived at 9pm and walked over, no issues what so ever.. walked to dinner then walked to breakfast, left all our items inside our room, and nothing happened.The staff was super nice and helpful. Check in was peace of cake and property was cleaned. We did only stayed one night, but i wouldn't mind staying a couple of days if i had to. Room was okay, nice and cool with the ac. Remember this is an old nice affordable hotel.

Upon check in at 4 pm we did not receive towels and the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. Was not clean. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Room was what to expect for price besides the dirtiness.

Good service, I like the fact thst they have a pool.

I liked the location...very close to supermarket, medical center and paseo montejo. I did not like the property per say...needs maintenance. The bathrooms are very small.

Not bad location. 20 mins walk from the centre. Near to restaurants. Basic rooms and beds with Aircon. Not too expensive.

After returning from a 5 star resort, it was a noticeable change but it was expected. The staff was friendly, place was clean in general, it was a plus for myself that it had a small cafeteria inside the hotel with good typical food. We stayed in Standard Rooms, small but we were only there to sleep after our daily tour. Another plus I can give them, they assisted me with affordable transportation service: taxi cabs and rental car.

Bed too hard and pillows are very small and worn. Otherwise, good location and spacious bbathroom.

muy buena atencion de parte del personal

Lo único bueno que tiene bien este hotel es la ubicación, desde el check in la recepcionista me aventó las cosas, precios escondidos que te los cambian una vez llegas, las habitaciones viejas y con olor a humedad. Por el costo honestamente no vale nada la pena.

La habitación estaba excelente, el personal su amable, cuenta con estacionamiento que para mí eso es indispensable y su ubicación me encanto

Muy buena ubicación, buena atención y céntrico para caminar hay restaurantes, plazas y esta a media cuadra de paseo Montejo, lo recomiendo.

Costo - beneficio excelente

Buen precio, buena ubicación solo que requiere un poco de mantenimiento

Falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones del Hotel, pintura, aspecto en general
