Terrible place, booking thru the app doesn’t work, is more expensive than posted, and totally not worth for the price, old and not well maintained,

Stay was ok just to sleep and head out the next day. They have remodeling and the noice is everywhere thruout the day.

Forth floor go remodeled, good locatation.. Pool nice.. Price great.. Hot water for show... Cool air... Tv worked great... Have syayed there several times ... We keep going back !!!

It was alright, need to fix the lobby restroom, fix door knob to room 303 and have the water warmer

Well it was full of male visitors, not a problem, but they were everywhere around the property; gathering in groups. Walking inside the amenities found them sitting on the floor on the phone or eating. One of them was with no shirt on sitting on the hallways. I canceled my reservation and l went to a different place.

The room was a little bit diff but was a nice experience.

Had to constantly go downstairs for assistance for things that should already be in the room Phone did not work to Call downstairs

Rust all over, dirty ceilings, and worst of all there's a nightclub in the hotel and they open every night and you can't sleep because you can hear the music until 2am and they don't care about you not able to sleep. It was a nightmare

No me gustó que no me hayan regresado los $200 pesos que dejé de depósito, solo por haber salido de la habitación a las 12:25 del día, o sea 25 minutos después del check out

Instalaciones muy deterioradas, muebles rotos, ropa de cama sucia, toallas viejas, papel higiénico rehusado

Todo muy bien nadamás falta más estacionamiento

No respetaron el precio de la reservacion de la aplicación (cobraron más). Por la madrugada gritos en pasillo y golpes fuertes en las puertas y también a las 6 y media de la mañana. Limpieza bien y cama y almohadas cómodas. Personal de recepción fue amable.

Le hace falta una remodelación.
