We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, and restaurants. My The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel has different excursions packages. Our guide was Víctor. He was super helpful. The excursions included the Mina de marmol, las dunas de yeso, Poza Azul, San Marcos river and the Vitaly winery. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service, clean accommodations, and a convenient location. I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful room with great view of the pool and couryard. Everything was very well kept. Staff was super courteous and helpful. We love staying here!

No tiene estacionamiento, pero afuera siempre encuentras, el hotel es cómodo y bonito y tiene buenos paseos para contratar

Les falta mejorar su menú, los desayunos estuvieron fríos, la salsa de los chilaquiles un poco insípida, el café muy ácido, de allí en fuera el personal y el lugar estuvieron bien
