The property is a small horse and cattle ranch with a hotel and restaurant. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch, but they will do room service for dinner, offering very limited menu. The property is a couple of km off the main highway, along a rough, washboard gravel road. We did enjoy the horses, and the many birds on and near the site.

This property is an actual Mexican ranch. They have both cattle and horses. You can rent a horse or a four-wheeler. You can even rent the four-wheeler to ride up the Nevado. (we did not do this because we didn't have time).. The room and room service was inexpensive. The buffet breakfast was a little pricey for what they offer, but still very good. The outof-the-way ranch feel was what we really enjoyed.

Great place to stay but you can here your next door guest clearly having a conversation. Walls are not sound proof.

Out of the way hotel with peacocks roaming the grounds. Very quiet and peaceful and great buffet brkfst in an open air very rustic setting. Great hotel and restaurant staff. Don't let the dirt road leading to the hotel scare you off its just the beginning of a nice experience and stay.

The main Problem was the lack of hot or warm water for shower!! We were told to wait for water to warm but it never happened. hotel is Beautiful and people are very friendly but this water problem was the main turn-down.

Hotel staff very welcoming. called as I could not find the hotel and they provided all the pertinent information to find it.

Nice, out in the country, only hard thing was cold water. They have solar water heat, was dark most of the time we were there, at night and early morning, and also cloudy. If we would not have had a Mx cell phone we would not have been able to contact them, no room phones.
