Podría ser increíble si invirtieran un poco en darle un mantenimiento completo. Incluso los clientes, estaríamos dispuestos a pagar más.

Son muchas las anomalías que puedo describir: 1.-Las instalaciones están en un total descuido. Hacia el balcón que no se cierran las ventanas Y puertas, Techos dañados, habitaciones y herreria despintadas. 2.- Los mosaicos de pasillos y habitaciones en gran parte están rotos. 3.-En LA habitación 1 que es la que me asignaron estaba sucia con telarañas en los techos insectos muertos. Hormigas, fugas de agua en la regadera que ya mancharon el piso del baño por el largo periodo de dicha fuga. 4.- Durante mi estancia, el personal del hotel no hizo la limpieza de mi habitación. 5 .- en mi segunda Noche mientras dormía una cucaracha grande me despertó al andar en mis pies. 6.- los automóviles tienen que quedarse en la calle y el hotel te advierte que no se hacen responsables de tu coche. 7.- El area del jardin no es como se ve en las fotos. No se antoja estar en ella descansando. Nota: yo me tuve que quedar. porque ya no había disponibilidad en otros hoteles. yo estaba en cuernavaca, para asistir a una boda.

No nos quedamos en el hotel ya que está sucio y descuidado, no cuenta con estacionamiento vigilado y en el momento de nuestra visita no había agua en las habitaciones. Reservé una habitación con dos camas y me querían ofrecer de una cama solamente, salí corriendo.

It was horrible I don't recommend anyone to go here, the place is dirty and very old it had a really bad smell and was not suited for staying, bed was also dirty and the room was not very well taken care of

There's no fence or protection in the parking area. There's no reception, they're are watching tv all night, this and the constant phone ringing is heard loud in the rooms. They asked me to pay cash, the pos "wasn't working", but I suspect the don't have any. I had to take a trip to the ATM. The entrance stairs and hall are not covered, you'll get wet as I did, if it rains. The hallways get wet. The bathroom an closet area are pretty runned down. There are a lot of spiderwebs and old paint in the ceiling. Bedding and towels were good. There was not hot water. I was on a business trip and was to tired to complain (to who?). I didn't use the pool but I didn't seem apealling either. I could understand cheap but not neglected.

Terrible and disgusting, dirty, broken down, stinky building with mattresses, sheets and blankets from 1970, it appears. Sliding patio door did not close or have a lock. Front door to room likewise did not lock or even close! Leaking shower noise, water damage to wall and paint throughout hotel, rooms, and bathroom. Terrible service. 2 men present didd anit say a word to me, did not offer to help with bags. Entire hotel smelled like open sewage.

Simple but clean and friendly. We only stayed a night after a wedding, and we slept easily in peace and silence. Great option on a budget.

Not very clean

I did not even stay at the hotel! It is a horrible place! No parking lot, actually is not even a Hotel all dirty and damaged. There were no other guests to stay so it is a creepy place with no maintenance at all! The photos published might have been taken 40years ago! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXpedia should eliminate this place from the catalog!!

Hotel is cheap yes, but I have stayed at many budget hotels and this was sub-standard. and has been let go badly. Should not be listed on Expedia. Hotel sign was dirty and a banner, not a permanent sign. Dark and dingy reception down dirty cement staircase. Said breakfast included, not so. Nothing to buy at the hotel, not even water. Ten minute walk to convenience store (OXXO).Staff were friendly enough. Grounds could be nice but all dirty plastic tables and chairs with torn plastic cloths. My room was clean and had hot water, towels, soap but missing tiles, peeling plaster, fixtures black and grubby. Pool was not well made. Could be a nice place if someone would put some investment into it.

No tenían la reservación , no tienen estacionamiento , la habitación de buen tamaño pero sucia

No reciben tarjeta y estaba abandonada la propiedad, no me hospedé pésimas condiciones

No corresponde a fotos , poca limpieza en piscina, no hay agua caliente, no dan toallas, falta de mantenimiento , no cuenta con cafetería , es lo contrario a lo publicado en la pág.

Mala habitación sucio

Todo feo, había cucarachas muertas, un alacrán, olía a veneno, nada que ver como en las fotos, horrible, si puede nunca vayan a ese lugar

Nada que ver en las fotos, el pasto seco la alberca en muy malas condiciones, no está fumigada, el servicio del hotel precario, no respetan la reservación, mil cosas mas

Mal lugar

Es vieja, los muebles viejos…. No tenían terminal para cobrarme tuve que pagar en efectivo….
