Great staff food great

The room needs to be renovated in a 100%. The shower is with oxide. Air conditioner works well. Mattress and pillows needs to be changed.

Decent place to stay. Clean, comfortable bed, attentive staff, good value. Not much of a parking lot but we were glad to get the space for a car and motorcycle. Guess the unlucky ones park in the street. The streets are tight and busy and parking is scarce.

Super comfortable bed and pillows. I wish I had them at my house. Great, affordable food at the restaurant. It has kind of a strange layout without an aesthetic focal point (the pools are behind the hotel rooms which are behind the lobby and the unattractive restaurant), but it works. It had good value and served our needs for a restaurant and good night’s sleep while on a long road trip from Nicaragua to the States.

Tiene habitaciones amplias y con aire acondicionado de fácil acceso y la alberca siempre está con una temperatura agradable.

Fue cómodo para pasar la noche, colchones a gusto, el aire acondicionado muy bien, la alberca bien y limpia pero no tenía luz. Sin embargo le hace mucha falta mantenimiento a todo el inmueble.

Las instalaciones están descuidadas, muy deterioradas y sucias. Además de tener hormigas de las rojas

El hotel bueno en general. Le faltan algunos detalles para reparar de deterioro. Alberca muy bien, el ambiente tranquilo, servicio bueno. Nos gustó.

No me gusto por el accidente que sufrió una cliente en la alberca es necesario reparar el piso y tampoco me gusto que no tenían cobertura de internet

El único problema que yo tuve es que el internet nunca funcionó

Un lugar con buen acceso y parqueo. Piscina e instalaciones descuidadas. El restaurante está bueno.

Excelente unico en huixtla

Excelentes servícios comodos, higienicos y muy buena atención, y disponibilidad.

La verdad el hotel está pesimo le falta mucho mantenimiento. La atención muy mal fue una estancia nada agradable. Nada que ver con las fotos que ponen en su página visiten el hotel.

No respetaron la reservación. Cuando llegue me dijeron que no tenian cuartos y tuve que viajar 30 minutos a Tapachula para encontrar Hotel

Todo muy bien servicio exeleente.si volvería a hospedarme en este hotel

Una habitación con cucaracha no se. Ve muy higiénico y por eso no es muy económico
