We had no hot water all of our stay. We were in room 10. After letting them no they just said sorry.

The hotel has super comfortable, spacious rooms. We stayed on the second floor and beautiful high ceilings. It's very clean. The air conditioning and heat work just fine. Most of the staff, especially the ones who work during the day, are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel has a small, good restaurant on the ground floor. There are no other facilities that I could find. The hotel is at the edge of the Centro Historico, and thus, pretty quiet and safe to walk around at night. There are some good restaurants nearby.

It was a good experience, with a big, beautiful room just as adviced. The only problem was with the phone line. No matter what I tried, the phone system always cut me off under a "verify your phone line" message. At the counter, the laday acknowledge the issue, but had no solution. I did not bring an auto with me, so I cannot say anaything regarding the parking, but in anyway, it seems a complicated thing, because the hotel has not even a drop-off area in front of it. Better go there by taxy.

Nice decoration, and clean, I have 4 Samsung tvs but these one was so bad the receptionist had to come and fix it …and next Morning again hard to work with
