Rooms were very clean and staff were super friendly. For Parking you have to ask the front desk for a card a park a block down

Two days stay, two blocks to Zócolo...nice to walk around, pretty historical district, good food, friendly peaceful people. Would it recommend anytime..😊

The bathroom was not clean properly,there was a soap bar that was left and the toilet dirty.The next day I notice that the sheet of the bed had a stain of blood, was disappointed.

The street outside the hotel was very noisy, day & night. Everything else was good.

Really enjoyed our stay - basic, clean and comfortable rooms, and really friendly helpful service from the receptionists and porters. Location can’t be beaten - just moments from the zocalo on a popular street. Only bugbears to note is there is a bit of street noise (but nothing too bad), and more significantly we couldn’t find a wifi network in our room (third floor), so had to use wifi in the common areas. Ok for a short stay but would get tiresome for a longer stay or if you had to do any work online.
